This hotel is at most 3.5 stars. The air conditioner vents were dirty and air conditioner was not working. I set it at 10 but in morning it was still at 28. Amenities were average too, like the towel was thin and just not what you expect. Also the safety light was missing from the room. Also the breakfast is poor and the assortment was very less. Many dishes were cold. I was just eating egg and coffee to be frank. I think they gave me such poor room because if booked with trip.com.

Excellent location, facing the sea, 2 minutes walk to the beach. The hotel staff was very good. They upgraded the family executive suite for free. It was great. They took the initiative to chat with the children and told the origin of Rizhao's name. The first place where the sun shines on the horizon is Rizhao. The bed is moderately soft and hard, the room is fully equipped, the master bedroom can see the sea, the master bedroom and the living room are connected to the balcony, and there are fireworks every day at night. The parking lot is divided into outdoor above ground and underground parking lots, with plenty of parking spaces. Toiletries set sample can be taken away!

This was my third stay in this hotel within a month. Will I stay again if I’m in Rizhao - definitely a YES. Front desk staff is helpful although most seems were quite new on the job. The hotel is very updated in term of technology. Lights are turn on automatically when you enter the room and curtains open up automatically with day light. My only complaint is the air conditioning system is not fast enough in cooling down the room. Breakfast is delightful. Location is good with plenty of eateries and shopping within a short hop. Highly recommend to others

Very nice hotel, with pleasant garden by the beach. One of The entrances gives straight access to the beach. The staff was welcoming and helpful and the manager Mr Sun Bo was very kind to us. Breakfast had many options, and the food was good.

A good hotel with really nice, hard-working staff. Not the best view (our window looked out onto the street, super awkward) but it's a pretty good location in the city if you're not aiming to visit the mountains or anything. The only downside was the breakfast - not really the best selection for a buffet. It got way too busy and it was difficult to find a table; one morning they ran out of clean plates so a lot of visitors were hovering around and grabbing plates as staff brought them out. The wait to use the single coffee machine was too long, and at one point they just took it away and replaced it with coffee pots. All things considered it could have been worse.
