有一説一，房東態度很好，問能不能提前入住，二話不説就給辦了，省去了我拉着行李跑來跑去，不過訂房之前特意問了能不能看到日出，房東説無痛看日出，結果這日出是要整個人趴在窗户那，側着身才能看，完全不是一個方向的，後面還是去了燈塔那看的。
房間挺大的，飄窗的墊子有異味，那種夏天衣服沒曬乾，捂着的味道，沙發的靠墊真的有點倒胃口，咱換個套行嗎，也不知道是舊還是臟。
衞生間地面乾淨，但是細節處真的經不起看，還有主卧的床墊，連膜都捨不得撕掉，晚上床單滑不溜秋的。
也有加分項，趕海的工具房間裏有。
一分錢一分貨吧，再見了日照

房東人很好，入住第一天帶孩子出去海邊，由於孩子是第一次來海邊，有些害怕，就不想玩了，哭鬧要回家，然後給房東協商可不可以提前退房，房東很快就答應了，但是又哄了哄孩子，最後又多玩了一天，房東也給推薦了適合孩子玩的場所

老闆人非常熱情，服務很到位，溝通很順暢，而且還給推薦附近高性價比的餐廳，最後趕火車的時候老闆還幫忙把行李送到上車點👍👍👍服務太好了☺️

這次來日照主要是帶小朋友遊玩大海和沙灘。剛好趕上日照高温熱浪來襲大白天都沒敢出門，小朋友玩的不那麼盡心，房屋就在萬平口燈塔附近，走過去不遠，去樓下吃飯也非常方便。房東也非常熱情，有問題回覆也很快，缺的東西聯繫房東及時補上也很到位，房屋不足之處是小房間和衞生間是沒有窗户的，房間也沒有陽台，但有客廳裏有一個大的飄窗，可以看到燈塔和海景，總之這次合作還是比較愉快的

房東回答問題很及時，位置便捷，緊靠燈塔萬平口，樓下即可停車，房屋乾淨整潔，東西廚具齊全，可以自己做飯。

房間很乾凈，坐在客廳的飄窗上可以看見海，看見燈塔。走路去燈塔那不超過10分鐘，離萬平口也很近。老闆娘很熱情，告訴我們哪裡的超市可以買到特產，哪裡的飯店口味不錯，感謝哈！還幫我定到便宜的鮁魚餃子，非常感謝！！！下次來還住這。
