Very very very satisfied with a stay! The hotel was newly opened in August, the environment has nothing to say, it smells fragrant as soon as you enter the door, it smells very good, the equipment is also very new, the room has the whole house smart, you can use a small degree to control, the room space is very large, the buffet breakfast on the third floor is also very delicious! The front desk service is also very good, very active in solving problems, and also made certain suggestions for us to travel to Rizhao. The location of the hotel is not very close to the beach. It takes about ten minutes to drive. In the morning, you can drive to the lighthouse to watch the sunrise in 10 minutes. It is more suitable for tourists like us who drive by car. The parking lot is very large, there are open-air and underground, the fly in the ointment is that the underground parking lot should not be renovated, a little gray.

The hotel is really nice when it comes to the decoration and the quality of items you find here and there. Yet, the service was rather confusing. I accidently booked a room with no windows, and, as i only stayed in Rizhao for two days and already travelled around for a bit, decided not to bother changing it. The heating in the room was okay at first and unbelievable later on; i literally couldn't fall asleep the whole night. When i asked to turn it down in the morning, i was suggested to change the room again. When i refused, they eventually turned it down, but just a bit, so i had to keep the door ajar pretty much all the time, which is not a pleasant experience in itself. I found some fruit later in the room, which was a nice gesture, but I'd rather be able to breathe normally 🙃

I come to Rizhao for business trips once or twice a month. I have stayed at Novotel, Hampton by Hilton, Seaview Garden, Atour, All Seasons, Lavande, and Grandview. I tried Hilton Garden Inn with a try-it attitude and was very satisfied. The hotel is well-equipped, the bedding is comfortable, the room rate is high, the service is enthusiastic, and the toiletries are all from the international first-line brand ”Petrov”. A set of toiletries is sold for more than 300 yuan on Taobao. I highly recommend it. I will only stay at Hilton Garden Inn when I travel to Rizhao for business in the future! Thumbs up!!!

There is no peculiar smell in the whole room, the bathroom is dry and wet, and the lighting is OK~ Environment: The traffic is relatively convenient on Wulian Road near Wanda Plaza in the city. There is a newly opened all-in-one coffee shop next to the hotel, where you can order coffee (the store is currently being improved) Service: Very nice, smiling service at the front desk 💁🏻♀️, and a small shell gift was given after check-out... Breakfast and price match. The slight flaw may be the breakfast. There doesn't seem to be many varieties, but the taste is okay~ I will come here again next time I come to Rizhao! 😍

Finally, I called on WeChat and said I got it. I didn’t feel good, so I stayed at both ends. We drove ourselves, and the general waiter for breakfast was the young man who drove the car. Without service, there were only a few seats that were not cleared when people left. We had to ask them to come and clear things up. The plates were placed on the table from the moment we entered the restaurant. Not to mention breakfast, I stayed for two nights and asked about check-out time at 9 a.m. on the third day. I was really speechless. I was told that the 100 deposit would be refunded later, and she said that it would be refunded after the aunt's check. There is also a problem that the mayonnaise in the restaurant is still there after it has expired, and someone has used it.
