We spent three nights in this so-called hotel apartment, and where to start... I have never experienced such a traumatic, horrifying experience. I came to Riyadh for the first time as a tourist, looking forward to spending a few days exploring the city, enjoying the local cuisine, and more. I chose this hotel apartment thinking that its location and price might be a good deal. However, this hotel completely ruined my entire stay. I wanted to leave the country less than an hour after I arrived, all because of the treatment we received from the hotel. The receptionist was incredibly disrespectful to us, and her behavior was absolutely unacceptable (on October 25, 2023, around 7:30 pm). I cannot find the words to adequately describe the horrific experience we endured. We were insulted and mistreated, and it was clear that we were being discriminated against. We explained that we were tourists, but she insisted on obtaining a copy of our marriage certificate. It's important to note that I am a lawyer, and I know that such requirements are no longer applicable in the Kingdom. To sum up the trauma we experienced, we strongly discourage anyone with common sense from booking a stay in this awful place.
