Opted for the executive lounge access & Probably the worst executive lounge I have ever been to. Most days coffee machine wasn’t working (once it was milk missing once water once cleaning etc). Hardly any soft drinks in the fridge in the lounge. Hardly any food either & never found anyone attending the lounge. The lounge was worse than a holiday inn or a motel & I am not exaggerating. I complained thrice about it & no change. Asked manager to get back to me at the front desk - no reply. Sent message to property via ******* - no reply. Nice property in terms of looks & also maintenance. Clean. Staff at the front desk were good. But the unacceptable executive lounge just made the entire stay tainted. Given the layout of the hotel you have to walk outside to get to certain areas & restaurants or spa. They should either shade the walkway or put mist machines there like malls in Riyadh have. Property is also right next to a major highway. Though not very noisy.

للأسف، كانت تجربتنا في فندق منصارد الرياض مخيبة للآمال للغاية. عانينا من إزعاج مستمر حتى الساعة السادسة صباحاً بسبب الضوضاء الصادرة من الغرف المجاورة، مع تشغيل الأغاني بصوت مرتفع طوال الليل دون أي مراعاة للراحة. الأمر لم يتوقف عند ذلك، بل كان هناك تدخين مستمر في الممرات والغرف المجاورة على الرغم من أننا نقيم في طابق مخصص لغير المدخنين! قمنا بالتنبيه أكثر من مرة لإدارة الفندق لكن لم يكن هناك أي استجابة فعالة أو حل حقيقي للمشكلة. بدلاً من أن تكون رحلتنا فرصة للراحة والاستجمام، تحولت إلى تجربة مليئة بالعذاب والتوتر بسبب هذه المشاكل المتكررة. بصراحة، لن نكرر هذه التجربة ولن ننصح بالإقامة في هذا الفندق لمن يبحث عن الراحة والهدوء. Unfortunately, our experience at Mansard Riyadh Hotel was extremely disappointing. We suffered from continuous noise until 6 AM due to loud disturbances from neighboring rooms, with music playing non-stop throughout the night, showing no consideration for guests’ comfort. To make matters worse, there was constant smoking in the hallways and nearby rooms, even though we were staying on a non-smoking floor! We repeatedly alerted hotel management, but there was no effective response or real solution to the problem. Instead of being a relaxing and peaceful trip, our stay turned into a stressful and exhausting experience due to these ongoing issues. Honestly, we will not repeat this experience, and we do not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking rest and tranquility.
