Solicité 3 noches y cuando llegamos le dijeron que solo me podían dejar dos, el aire acondicionado no funcionó la primera noche y la recepcionista nos dijo que probablemente no lo sabíamos usar, cuando llegó el Tecnico nos dijo que el breaker estaba apagado y por eso sufrimos de calor toda la noche. Al día siguiente de la salida, nos estuvieron preguntando a qué hora nos íbamos desde las 8am. Ya a las 10 nos dijeron que debemos salir porque ellos tienen mas reservas. En si, no me gustó la experiencia. Las instalaciones son cómodas y queda en el centro de Rivas. El recepcionista nocturno es excelente, ni comparado con la señora del día

They had a water tank but never turned it on so there was basically no water to shower with. The pillows were not so grear and the mattress was hard as a rock. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked great the staff was very helpful. ******* had the wrong account for the deposit to the owner, not sure she ever received my money
