The location was great for me, near everything, Sim Card service, taxi, shops, food, near Parmarth Niketan. Staff helpful.

I reserved a room at Nirvana Palace, but they placed me in their new property, Nirvana Bliss, which boasts a fantastic location. The check-in experience was smooth, but there's no in-house food; however, plenty of dining options are available nearby. Unfortunately, I faced issues like an electricity fault at night, no hot water in the morning, and a broken extra bed. The staff mentioned addressing concerns to the owner. Despite the prime location, other places might offer similar amenities at a lower cost.

Horriblest hotel The ugliest hotel I’ve ever seen. Our bed was dirty from the last visiter. My powerbank was stolen. We aren’t not able to stay on night longer here, so we leave earlier. But the hotel doesn’t wanted to give a refund. After breakfast, my kids get ill No toilet paper in the room. My oldest son saw a rat at the 2nd floor.

We received a warm welcome by the housekeeping team, everything was perfectly clean and tidy, Sam (manager) was always worried about our group. It was a nice experience here in Nirvana Hotel, we really recommend this place if you are coming to Rishikesh.

I’ve really enjoyed staying at hotel Nirvana. It’s got everything you need, and the staff are wonderful. Govind the owner is also very kind and personable. I’ve slept so well since being here, and I actually love the firm bed so much, that I plan on buying a similar mattress when I return home. Clean, simple, great food and location. Perfect for me. Definitely recommend.

It was a fabulous stay at the nirvana palace hotel. The hotel rooms and washrooms were super clean. Staff was so friendly and cooperative. service is excellent. Location of the hotel is awesome as it’s located at walking distance from Ram Setu, Janki Setu, market, Parmarth Niketan Ashram and Ganga ji ghats. Best part is the that the price is very reasonable. Overall a very good experience.

Nice Cozy budget friendly Rooms (Stayed in family Suite), A special mention of Mr Uddhesh at the front desk, who would do everything to make guest comfortable. At 11pm night, he took his personal bike to get the medicines . Good show of hospitality and Guest care.

We stayed here for 4 nights, it's clean and tidy. We ordered a car to collect us from the airport which they didn't arrange, but luckily for us there was plenty of cars available at the airport to take us to hotel The beds are old and incredibly noisy, and like sleeping on the floor as mattresses are so hard. They have a yoga studio there plus other services available which is great, but does make it noisy. But overall we enjoyed our stay, and loved Rishikesh ❤️
