Stayed in this hotel for one day with a friend. Horrible exp. Rooms are very small. No lash in bath rooms, dirty rooms and bedsheet. Horrible staff. And top of that. Staff knows there shortcoming, then too they are not willing to improve.

Rooms are not clean, pillows are dirty, walls are dirty and washroom tiles are broken, pathetic services, switch board is not working, whole night, electricity was gone as well as room service is so late, it took 2 hours a person to bring water. Price of the room is high as per the room and the service.

Fresh ambience with lot of greenery, awesome place to just relax. Air conditioned room with balcony adds additional place to chill. Staffs are humble, friendly. Food is tasty. Overall nice experience.

The property is located in upper tapovan if you have your convenience it's best. It's calm soothing, view is beautiful, restaurant food is amazing.

they have no staff to help you in carrying luggage, rooms are very dirty, they don't even clean them after one guest leaves, i have seen lizard 🦎 in one room, cockroach 🪳 in another, next had bad fan regular, and lastly i found one which was dirty but no animal
