Never book online. We will take the family *****. We will give you the room behind you. The bed sheet was completely torn and there was no restaurant to eat or drink.

The hotel is located on the main tapovan road. Stayed there for a night after returning from a trek. Rooms offer good value for the price. Clean with basic amenities. Extra bottled water is chargeable though.

Some basics were missing like complimentary bottled water, tea-Coffees etc. Need to look more or supervise more on regular cleanliness. Amenities are like old fashioned.. example no bidet shower attached with commode

Location is perfect and rooms are nice. Service is also good. The only thing we don’t like was there is no tower bolt(chitkani) on the doors.

In hotel room no sleeper gave, no complementary tea, sugar, bag there, curtains was unable to hold lights which was coming from outside streets lights, lift was not working so use stairs, i can't stay again in shiv vilas rishikesh.

Hotel is at prime location, but rooms are not upto the mark and size did not match the description. Lift was not working properly and hotel does not provide sealed bislery water bottles rather provided water in a jug. Which I found really unhealthy n unhygienic. Pillows were torn and towels were also ripped off. They should replace with new ones. Kettle and cups were there but no switch board nearby and no tea or milk sachets. Also they didn’t provide any toiletries. Not a good experience with this hotel.
