Pleasant and helpful staff. Ganga outside the window. The furniture is a bit old and can be replaced, perhaps. But other than that, all good. Value for money.

The Neeraj Ganga Heritage Palace, Rishikesh is a great and beautiful hotel. The interior decoration is charming.
The beauty of its surroundings and its location on the banks of the Ganga has added to its speciality. Its rooms are very beautiful. But their bathrooms need some attention.The bathrooms are very small. It is difficult to take a bath.
Staff is well behaved. Whenever I called the reception they immediately attended to my request and fulfilled it. Thanks to the staff members.
The canteen is very nice and its arrangement is excellent. Everyone in the canteen staff is very well behaved. But I felt that Sanjay Ji takes great pleasure in serving his customers. Undoubtedly, he is expert in his work.
In the end I would say that I paid for staying in the hotel but in return I also received their full services. We are senior citizens. My wife and I are very happy and satisfied.

We had a very comfortable stay at neeraj heritage. The view from the room is outstanding. We even enjoyed the food here.

very comfortable stay...nice location... everything was in walking distance... nice hospitality.. happy to stay there with family ... they make my day by decorating the room bcoz it's my wife's birthday
