Great view from the balcony on the 4th floor. Expect to carry bags up 4 flights of stairs, so definitely pack light. Not many things in the kitchen, so don’t expect to be cooking meals. Near lots of restaurants but make sure you reserve a table in advance.

Lots of steep stairs
The hotel has multiple different locations, and they dont tell you that, you have to look for the address that they send you in the morning. There are lots (like 8 floors) of steep stairs that you have to climb to get to the apartment, the lights for the stairs are on a timer and go off while you climb them if you're not fast. The owners/managers are quite rude, they sent aggressive messages that they later deleted. The hot tub does not get hot, at best it is luke warm. There were ants/bugs crawling on the floor when we were there. Otherwise its a nice suite.

New and fresh
The location was not far from the port so you close to literally everything in town. The room was outstandingly appointed and newly remodeled.

Sobrevalorado. No tuve buena experiencia con el check-in (no habrían las claves). Además NO SABÍA QUE ERA TIPO “Airbnb”. NO ES HOTEL, No hay recepción. Quedaron en llevar el desayuno y nunca lo llevaron y no avisaron hasta que les escribí porque teníamos que irnos y HASTA AHORA NO HAN REEMBOLSADO EL DINERO. El cuarto está muy bien pero NO volvería a rentar.

Great location - complex accessibility
Fantastic location! Only parking opportunity is a parking garage at the entrance of the village. It would have been great to get this info from the hotel in order to avoid confusion when arriving. I asked the hotel about parking, but the response was not clear enough and we still had to stop and ask people where we were allowed to park. Also, when parked, pack lightly! It’s a tough walk down. Especially if you follow the route suggested by Google Maps which you shouldn’t!!! Google suggests the shortest route which is stairs only (tough if you have heavy luggage). It is much better to follow the main road outside the parking garage down to the marina!!! At least then you can drag your luggage (if it has wheels). It would have been nice to get this info from the hotel! There is also a luggage service available (approximately 10 Euros per bag) which is so totally worth it! Again, would have been nice to get this info from the hotel! Also, the hotel requires you to send pictures of your passport over WhatsApp which made me very uncomfortable. But the room is awesome and location is great!

Amazing room in riomaggiore!!
Incredible stay at La Vista, one of the best nights sleep I got in Italy. Room was spacious and comfortable, AC was the best we had during our whole trip. The breakfast service was lovely too. My only suggestion would be to be mindful of the stairs up to the room, they are dark and steep.

Incredible stay and view - Paradise
We had a fantastic stay. The location was perfect. The view was picturesque, and the breakfast was superb.
I was worried after I booked; I saw some bad reviews on this place that it was a scam. It is NOT a scam; you need to be smart and read your emails. Check-in is contactless, but it is all laid out in a welcome letter by email and worked flawlessly. The staff was super responsive to WhatsApp texts, and we had a fantastic trip.
I will definitely stay with them again. And encourage the same. We had front-row seating at the marina and an incredible sunset. The breakfast was terrific as well. They catered to my dietary needs and made it the perfect stay. Once at the B&B, the ferry and train will get you everywhere you need to go.
My only warning is that the stairs to this place are narrow and steep, but I will do it again for that view. Parking is off-site, but it is manageable to get to and from the parking and B&B.
