Si hubiera escrito mi opinión el primer día, les hubiera dado mucha peor valoración, pero la amabilidad del personal y alguna otra cosa que comentaré, sube la nota. El hotel en sí es MUY SENCILLITO: sin ascensor, tres pisos de escaleras para subir a las habitaciones, sin agua caliente (de acuerdo, no hace frío, pero hay que decirlo) y con un corte de agua que obligó a toda un planta a cambiarse de habitación. En mi caso, fue el segundo cambio ya que me ubicaron de inicio en una habitación que daba a la calle (a pesar que pedí lo contrario) y hasta la una de la madrugada se escuchaba el ruido y la "música" (de dudoso gusto) de un bar nocturno. Decir que terminé durmiendo en la típica habitación del tubo extractor de todo el hotel ... me persigue. Pista: si quieres dormir tranquilo, ni las que dan a la calle, ni las *24 ... tienen el tubo infernal. Vamos con lo positivo: estábamos a pensión completa y todas las comidas fueron buenas, bien servidas y con un personal muy amable, lo mismo que los de recepción. Por ello, y en el contexto de Riohacha, me volvería alojar en este hotel.

Not remotely close to a hotel, something more like a dumpy hostel that pretends to be a hotel. I could just point out the fact that the shampoo and soap come in baggies, the towels (floor mats included) are cut in half, no hair dryer, hot water, it’s lit by clinical halogen lights, the room feels like a dungeon, and lastly the breakfast and breakfast room look and feel like a down and out prison cafeteria. The breakfast staff needs customer service training as they are completely and appallingly rude, but I think I may be asking for too much by that.
