Novotel RJ Praia de Botafogo

Botafogo
To be fair it’s not bad but there is significant variability in room condition. Mine was OK but others had a lot of age Ing and unrepaired damage. Location is very good. Restaurant is basic but the food reflects the price and there is plenty of choices nearby. Have to say that cleanliness was first class. No ability to sign to rooms so be prepared to pay right there and then for everything. Would I stay again yes for business no for pleasure.
Novotel Rio de Janeiro Leme

Zona Sul do Rio de Janeiro
I only have positive words for the stay at Novotel Leme. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very nice, the service is great, breakfast is delicious, versatile and extensive, the rooftop bar Sky Leme is a very nice place with a magnificent view and a nice pool. I appreciated the cocktails. So many thanks to all the staff to make our stay a great experience every day! Special thanks to Vicente for his friendly attention.
Novotel RJ Santos Dumont

Excellent stay at the Novotel RJ Santos Dumont. The hotel staff was great. Very friendly, efficient, and professional. The hotel was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The fitness center was well-equipped and available 24/7. I didn't get a chance to try the restaurant, so cannot comment on that aspect of the hotel. As the name implies, the hotel is convenient for Santos Dumont Airport. It is a fairly easy 5 minute walk from the hotel, mainly on a pedestrian bridge above a busy road. It is also about a 10 minute walk from the Rio Metro. The only negative, and not the hotel's fault, is that this part of Rio has a problem with homelessness and is fairly deserted after dark and on weekends. So, it might not be the best area to walk around at night. Again, not the hotel's fault, and it does have good security, but certainly a part of your stay.

Wonderful staff who allowed us to have a later check out for our flight. Super comfortable and lovely rooms. Swimming pool was lovely with the hot sun and the showers were amazing. There was a fire alarm in the middle of the night but the staff were really helpful and sorted it quickly and efficiently.
Novotel Rio de Janeiro Barra da Tijuca

Zona Oeste do Rio de Janeiro
I had a problem in the apartment, the washing/washing vessel was not working without water. I made two requests at the reception to solve the problem, but they didn't solve it, nor returned it. I had to use the ground floor bathroom. That is unacceptable for a hotel like that. Att Daniel Heidi

People are the best there. The receptionist do their best to help you with your needs specially Beatriz. She is something else. Food is ok. Rooms are fine. Be patient with maintenance and gym cleaning. I loved most of the time. Hope you have a great time there😃
