Ibis Hotels in Rio de Janeiro

Pros: - The staff was friendly and helpful - Easy Check-In - Clean - Good & Safe location - COLD A/C - Fresh sheets and towels daily Cons: - Bad Wifi (needed to use cellular data the whole trip) - Only one power outlet by the bed - The evaluator on the 9th floor did not work properly - The shower ran out of hot water quickly

There was a confusion at the time of check-in I had booked two rooms and there was only one in my name. The hotel could check the sanitary vessel caps because in the two apartments were loose , they are of very poor quality, the air conditioning when I called started to drop down the water without stop but immediately I complained and a boy from the maintenance and saw a problem

靠海有點潮濕，設施都有保障，空調熱水。 服務一般 相對於其他各國的宜必思來説 跟服務員説了房間號和電吹風短路了他哦了一下就沒再來。早上吃早飯忘了倒熱水再折返就不讓進，問前台要10元人民幣，且現燒等了很久，感覺不太人性化。 電梯只有一部可以運行，高峯期要等。 早餐挺豐盛的，水果都很好吃，很值得。 地理位置不錯，可以步行到海灘和去基督山的巴士站，離地鐵也很近，有名的烤肉店也是走走就到。 總體這個價錢還是很划算了。。。

Good clean hotel, friendly personnel, nice atmosphere and near the metro. We enjoyed our 4 nights stay. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. The people are very helpful and speak English. We like the vibe at the hotel and in the area. The metro is 5 minutes walk so you can travel around Rio quick and easy and taxis are available in front of the hotel at all times. We would definitely stay here again when in Rio.

I found Ibis New America by chance on Google trying to find some place in Rio de Janeiro to go to Rock In Rio. I booked the time for the best value. I didn't think it would be such a perfect location for the event! Besides being a meeting point, the site's infrastructure is excellent, offered a coffee with numerous delicious options and completely responded to what we needed. I would like to congratulate especially the receptionist Lucas who has done a wonderful service and has done everything possible to keep us from losing the transport!

I was unfortunately booking the wrong Ibis, actually wanted Ibis to book near the Santo Dumont. I didn't like that Ibis, but I had to finally accept it. The check-in was excellent, I would like to highlight here especially the receptionist Jordan, very friendly and helpful. I was not very satisfied with the breakfast price, I had higher quality hotels and the breakfast price there was much cheaper. Furthermore, the service named Isa was extremely unfriendly. All in all was okay, but I'll take care better at my next booking

The hotel is close to the bus station. It only takes about 10 yuan to get to the bus station by taxi. It is not far from several attractions and is close to the Maracanã Stadium. The hotel room is not big and you can see the sea.
