The environment is pretty good, it is near the sea and is very beautiful.

Facilities: Good. Hygiene: Good. Environment: Good. Service: Good. Very polite. But the new staff is not good at anything. The room size is also suitable. And there is a welcome aperitivo.

Just spent 4 days in the Mercure Artis hotel in Rimini. This is my third hotel in Italy in the past this month and it was the best by a mile. All the staff were absolutely great..very helpful and friendly. The views of the Adriatic were gorgeous...see the pictures.. The room was large and modern. The hotel is surrounded by dozens of restaurants and an enormous beach. This hotel provides really great value, compared to the so called 5 Star hotel I have seen and stayed at. Recommend this to anyone who wants a great vacation on the beach. Make sure you book a balcony room that overlooks the Adriatic. Thank you to the entire Artis team for making it such a great stay.

I stayed for three nights at this wonderful hotel, its position is perfect on the seafront. The staff were all very friendly and I couldn’t fault the service they provided. I did have a couple of niggles with my keycard not operating the lights, but both times the issue was resolved straight away. I would recommend this hotel to any traveller, and if/when I return to Rimini I will look here first for a room.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Personal ist TOP, immer freundlich, immer gut gelaunt. Die Zimmer sind groß & modern eingerichtet, zudem sehr sauber. Beim Frühstück in Büfettform war immer alles frisch, rs gab eine große Auswahl.
