toll lage unweit des bahnhofs und supermarkts. sehr ruhig gelegen in einer passage. alle sehenswürdigkeiten der altstadt fußläufig in ca. 15min erreichbar. zimmer wunderbar groß: couch, essplatz, miniküche, bad mit wanne. täglicher handtuchwechsel, badkosmetik von rituals. von der küche erweist sich lediglich der kühlschrank als praktisch. der rest ist eher nicht zur aktiven nutzung ausgelegt: wenig geschirr, ermahnungen, gerüche zu vermeiden. personal freundlich. frühstück kostet 20 eur und ist diesen preis nicht annähernd wert: produkte von geringer qualität. buffet wird nicht nachgefüllt. täglich die gleichen produkte. keine marmelade oder nugatcreme. joghurt nur 1x in 5 tagen. wenig brot (5 scheiben baguette für 2 personen), selten gebäck, keine auswahl. zubereitung von eierspeisen, pancakes, waffeln dauert sehr lange. auch hier entsteht der eindruck von fertigprodukten. fazit: im hotel selbst fühlten wir uns sehr wohl. mit dem frühstück waren wir nicht zufrieden.

Very beautiful restored historic building in quiet courtyard with restaurants and coffee shop right outside. Very comfortable spacious rooms well fitted and great view into courtyard. Friendly efficient and helpful staff. Responded immediately if asked for something. When we return to Riga we will definitely stay there again.
