This is the third time that I have stayed at this particular Moxy and it is just disappointing that each time the coffee bar is not kept up. The first time there was not any regular coffee and when I asked about it I was told they ran out. The second time and this morning the regular coffee urn was empty and so were ALL of the cream, coconut milk, milk offerings. The first 2 times this happened I thought it was probably a fluke since this is a Marriot property but now I know that it this particular site.

Three people booked a family room for a trip. The room was large enough, but it lacked a large enough table. In addition, the upper bunk bed may not have been designed with central air conditioning in mind. The air outlet is at the head of the bed, which not only blows towards people, but also makes a lot of noise when sleeping at night.
Let me talk about the price again. I really admire this agent. He collected 1,500 yuan a night and then went to ******* to order a room for 150 yuan a night. He really has a business mind.

I always stay at the Moxie when I have to travel and they never disappoint! From the great atmospheres to the nice clean accommodations, what I will remember from my first day from the Richmond Moxie is my first encounter with my valet, Jason. Super nice guy and very helpful with my baggage. As a business owner myself employees like Jason are the reason companies thrive..

Beautiful hotel I love the decor and the way it smells. The rooms are minimal and super sexy. The toilet is a little small, but it makes me feel like a giant when I sit on it so far the best part of the Moxie has been Jason the valet Parker. He was super informative and had amazing looking dreads.
