DO NOT Book this hotel. The place is apparently run entirely by one individual. The person who booked before me paid for his room, took one look at it, asked for a refund, and was refused. When I got into my room the sheets were stained, the towels had shoe prints on them, and the soap in the bathroom was already opened and leftover from what I'm assuming were previous guests. Furthermore, I booked this hotel online and I immediately was hit with a ton of fraudulent charges over the next two days from all over the world.

The staff were pleasant. The room had seen better days. Tv did not work dirty towel was left in the bathroom and some trash on the floor.

＜＜＜ SCAM ALERT ＞＞＞
This hotel should be removed from Expedia’s list of hotels. The worst hotel I have ever seen. Dirty stain pillow cases and sheets. Door frame broken from recent forcible entry. They couldn’t find a clean room. I left and they didn’t want to refund my money. I had to call my connections to make them refund or they would be shut down. DO NOT book this hotel.

There was definetely illegal dealing occuring during the late night. Our room had a broken door hinge and was easily able to open the door even when properly closed.

It didn’t smell like garbage. It totally didn’t feel gross just standing in the bathroom. I most certainly did not almost gag when I first walked in. I didn’t get drunk in the parking lot with my friends either. I did bring a sleeping bag.

Bugs in Richmond
The Richmond Motel should be shut down and certainly taken off your list. I liked the name and risked the "fair" rating and regretted it terribly. It was worse than filthy with bugs that I filmed and attached. There were two double beds and only one was clean. There were no towels at all.
I feel like I have some PTSD after the night. I want to know if I encounter such a room and I have already paid for it is there any recourse in canceling and getting my money returned?
