服務極差，前台沒有人接待，打了幾個酒店電話也沒有人接聽，等了半天終於看到酒店的人，打招呼也不理會，再次詢問前台的人怎麼不在，衹是回答等着。等到前天終於出來辦理入住，沒有聽到一句讓客户久等的歉意，好像等着她是應該的。就沒見過服務這麼差的酒店。

Brian was awesome he took care with our car and made sure we got it in a timely manner as well! He offered to load our luggage in the car which was very nice of him. Thank you so much to the graduate hotel for a wonderful stay everything was amazing!

Great atmosphere, great location, good drinks. All around great time. Rooftop restaurant was awesome with amazing views. My Valet Brian was very nice and helpful.

Matthew (valet) was an awesome asset to have during our stay. He was quick, polite, and professional! Getting our car in/out was the easiest part of our stay and we highly recommend this hotel for that reason

Valet was superb. Very nice and helpful. Matthew was extremely prompt in retrieving my car. Room was great and pillows were comfy.

Great service! We really liked our valet guys that took care of us, we are happy that our car was taken care of and we didn’t have to worry about parking in the city. I especially liked Matt, he was polite and made the experience a good one. We are on the road!

I love this hotel and have stayed at The Graduate many times. This is my first time since Hilton bought it and staff continues to be outstanding, especially front desk, staff and Brian, the valet, along with the other valets. I’m sorry that the pool is now permanently closed, but it’s still a very nice place in a good location.
