Clean, quiet hotel and staff very helpful. I book only at hotels that have Pelotons in the fitness center. While this hotel has a bike, it is in disrepair and needs service. It is very unstable and wobbly and it needs to be recalibrated. Please call Peloton and have it serviced so guests can continue to enjoy it!

This Hilton is an absolutely gorgeous, well-maintained property in the super-busy Short Pump section of the Richmond suburbs. I was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff members I dealt with. Our room was large and meticulously clean. The bed and pillows were comfy, and after a busy day i had a blissful 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep. It's quiet. As far as location, well, the hotel is located in a vast sea of parking lots known as Short Pump Town Center. It's primarily a business hotel, with extensive meeting facilities. We were in town visiting friends nearby, so it was perfect for us. In addition to the onsite Shula's Steakhouse, there are a great number of restaurants in the adjoining mall and shopping plazas.

Room was good and in a great location. We encountered a problem at the hotel that was no fault of this hotel in anyway. Some people can be very disrespectful. Management followed up with the problem and took care of it. We would definitely stay here in the future.

We returned to the Short Pump area for a funeral. We looked at all the reviews for the local hotels and all had issues. We picked the Hilton and were satisfied: 1. Check-in was quick however we never received our digital key from the on-line service 2. The room was updated and clean 3. Beds were comfortable 4. House cleaning occurred each morning 5. Breakfast was good with fast service. Ordered from the menu 6. Bar was good with multiple TVs Good value for the cost.

We stayed at the Hilton in Short Pump to celebrate our nieces birthday. We chose it for the location but we were extremely impressed by the hotel. The front desk staff was very personable, the room was large and clean. Unlike many hotels post covid, housekeeping is available. We will be back

This is a nice hotel, even the hallway carpet feels amazing as you walk down to your room. The bathroom shower had new caulking so it felt clean, the TV was HUGE, and the room was nice. However, the bedding sheets were stiff and scratchy, not pleasant to the touch. The pillows were so big and too hard to get comfortable, and the mattress was too firm to even allow for a great night sleep. Also the towels were hard and rough. If you treasure your sleep and how sheets and pillows can add to your dream state, bring your own to enjoy, and maybe even a soft mattress topper. Otherwise, the decor is nice.

First time at this location. Stayed due to a conference. Conference was on-site. Room comfortable and clean. Refrigerator was in the room. No microwave. Meeting rooms were plentiful and good sized. Restaurant was onsite was good. Also plenty of eateries within walking distance and nearby. Hotel Shuttle could be used to get to and from stores, etc. Spa and Gym on site; didn't get to use those. Also a Starbucks on site, but only open during the morning.

The hotel is beautiful and has many amenities. It's in a great location. The bed is so uncomfortable, I was not able to get a good nights sleep. It was a cheap mattress and boxspring. I would not stay here again.

This stay was not great...housekeeping put a note on my door almost each day reminding me I can get service. I had a DND on my door. This means I don't need anything. Daily I had to remove the sign and place it in the trash. I contacted the front desk to have this discontinued. It was not...I contacted, Kristen Parker(new GM I was told) and Evelyn Sanyeneh(head of housekeeping) via email twice and no one reached out to me. The door sign was placed on my door two more times after this. Once it was after walking to the elevator and a housekeeper yelled out to me asking if I was checking out. I was outraged. I don't need to have conversations with housekeepers on my stays...the front desk has the information. After, here again a sign was on my door. Also, I ordered food from the restaurant. On one of the days, the food was horrible. I was able to change it out for another dish...I was never told there would be an upcharge. I only signed one ticket for the previous horrible meal. There was a higher amount charged on my final hotel bill. I had to call in to get that resolved. Overall the food there was not great...it takes a long time to get it and it's warm and not flavorful. Oh, and they sent a survey asking about the coffee maker in the room only...what a game!
