Pros: nicely located in Richmond and in a quiet area. Tv has all the subscription survives you could dream of.
Cons: furniture is terribly uncomfortable including bed and sofa so you can tell it’s low quality. No good night sleep as a result.

Fantastic and Great Customer Service
Fantastic stay! The customer service line truly is 24-hour, as I encountered an issue late at night, and they tended to my needs immediately—very accommodating and cosy spot and great location within the town. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in this area. A++

Husband & I stayed here for a week. We loved the location and its proximity to the town and Richmond Park. The building is tucked away in a quiet lane and has ample space for car parking. The one bedroom apartment we stayed in on the ground floor was spacious and bright. The wardrobe space was generous. The housekeeping could be better. The impression we got was that the cutlery, crockery, & utensils are not properly counted before new guests arrive. We had 2 dishwashing pods for the week’s stay. Also, the sink in the bathroom doesn’t drain properly. Overall, it is a lovely apartment. Convenient to everything.
