New and clean, the reception staff was nice and helpful. But the car park to is small, it's full when I checked in.

A very chilling environment and decoration . Friendly, passionate and professional staff. Bikes borrowing and even a microwave for long stay customers. A close by tram station makes trips to anywhere very easy. Just almost perfect.

The morning food items could be improved and the food turns cold fast, not many variety. When we checked in, we saw a fork and spoon outside our door and it was still there till the last day we checked out. Directions to hotel is not very clear. based on google map, easy to travel by tram from melbourne central.. However the toilet has filtered water for drinking and spacious enough for hot shower which is good. Basic toilet amenities could be topped up and room service could be made better. Bedroom is big enough for a good sleep and has good charging points. However, the coffee cup can be washed well. Overall, will be suitable for unpicky travellers.

Enjoyable and relaxing environment. Very close to Tram Stop. Breakfast generally good but choices are limited.

Nice clean room with new building but unpleasant service. Staffs were not friendly or helpful at all. It seems that one of them didn't even know how to use the facilities in the room🥲 Asked for help and waited about 40min but came to my room and only said "sorry guys" and left. Wht on earth..

Great hotel. Very handy location with tram nearby. Amenities were awsome esp the bikes & chillout zones.

Easily accessible to as it is so close to CBD. Most comfortable beds. Friendly staff always available 34 hours. Very clean and housekeeping available everyday till late.

The room heating was not working, called reception, I was told the maintenance team was not working. I have been offered a room change, but I declined the offer because lazy to move

The location is very good, and it is right outside the largest business district in Melbourne. The service is not so good, it can only be said to be so-so. But it doesn't matter if you are here on business. It's good for convenience.
