15min Uber ride to the airport - a great way to avoid city travel and rush hour panics. Limited eateries nearby.

The hotel was very clean and the location was great! Staff were friendly and accomodating. The location is great if you wanna stay close to the airport.

Conveniently located. Staff are friendly. The airport shuttle is fantastic and runs every 30 minutes. Connected to Moxie restaurant. The rooms are old and my room was not very clean. They were doing construction on the rooms which you are not made aware of until you arrive. Given the price of the hotel I think they should let people know.

No bottled water was provided in the room. The paint on the ceiling was peeling and looked like it could fall off at any time. We had a reservation for 4 people, but there were only 2 pillows on the bed. There was a cleaning cart in the hallway on the first floor that blocked the way and made it difficult to get around. The cart was also left there for an extended period of time, which made the hallway look messy.

It is a nice hotel. It takes only 10 mins to Vancouver International Airport by car. The room I stayed was cleand well. However, the air conditioning system was too noisy for me to sleep well. This was only bad point...

We can see the hotel is clean and smell fresh once inside the lobby. The hallway carpet and walls looks very clean and indeed the interior of the unit is clean. Overall a full mark rating for the hotel.

The transportation is convenient, and the staff's service is also very good, but the equipment is old and the sound insulation of the entire room is very poor. As long as there is water in any room, the rumbling sound of the water can easily wake people up; the heating and cooling equipment is also poor. OK, the equipment is running on the floor of the room and the sound is very loud. It is OK if you live there. The Mexican restaurant attached to the first floor of the hotel has great food!
