As soon as you enter you immediately notice the quality. Absolute cleanliness in every corner. Efficiency and extreme availability of the staff ready to respond to any request. This hotel enjoys an enchanting view of the Aeolian Islands. Another indisputable advantage: "Adults only". You are not disturbed by kids screaming all day as happens in many hotels of the same caliber. Truly relaxing! Another note of merit is the restaurant service: dishes always varied and well-prepared. Last but not least the presence of very efficient staff: Agostino, Giovanni, Attila, Maria just to name a few, They always welcome you with a smile on their lips. Truly a noteworthy stay!

We are currently at the hotel, while we love TUI, we feel it’s important to let people who are about to book, know that it might be worth spending a bit more and getting something a bit better. It’s really not great on all fronts, the food has literally had me in tears, it’s rushed, cheap quality and served with no love and care. The rooms are clean, but very very tired, the bathroom door keeps getting stuck, I’ve been locked in it twice, we reported it and nothing was followed up. We are really sad, that our precious week off work was spent here, the staff are trying really hard, there just not enough of them. Domenico who is in the restaurant practically on his own clearing tables, deserves a medal! Top man, thank you for your smiling can do attitude. To the management team, have you realised how much food is being sent back because it really isn’t very nice. Certainly not representative of the local food.

Lovely Hotel, lovely staff was last week if the season so weather on last day was a bit grey, but otherwise OK for sun worshippers, pool was cool for same reason, but still swam, sea was also OK for swimming. TUI Boat trip was great. Captain produced white wine on way back. Food wasn't Michelin standard, but for £500 pp for 7 nights we eat well - probably too well. Room was good standard and made up daily. TUI coach trip to lighthouse, Tropea and Pizzo very informative, maybe a bit long for us.

Food was nice had a variation for breakfast, Lunch and dinner. fresh pasta cooked in front of you, fresh salads and fruits. Ice cream and cakes, Beer on Tap, coffee machine and Bean to cup. Cocktails were nice but watered down, beds in need of a upgrade. Rooms were clean we were given a upgrade on check in to a pool view room, The room was nice but paid for a sea view. Staff were very happy to let us chose which room we wanted as the sea-view was out of the way and not as updated as the pool view. Beautiful views and sunsets. Golf cart to the beach and back at set times or you could walk down to it if you prefer take a 10-15 min downhill. Beach bar and sunlounges Beach bar payable. Train station 10 min walk so much cheaper than the Taxi service Offred and easy to use only costs around 1.80 Euro one way. Great view of Stromboli. Entertainment Offred through the day and most evenings while we were there. Lots of sun loungers around the pool there was always some available throughout the day. Pool bar serves cocktails, wine Beer and spirits with a All-inclusive menu. The four resident cats are included in the entertainment Team. The pool was very cold but great to cool off in as the pool area is a suntrap all day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was our first TUI holiday and other than the rooms and defiantly the beds need a upgrade it was very good and would recommend for a relaxing holiday with great views. The hotel Offred excursions too.

The waiting staff and chefs make this hotel. We had a great time - the food was delicious and varied but I would have liked to see more Calabrian dishes. Freshly made omelette for breakfast was wonderful - made by Carla. Fresh pasta sauces daily - plenty of seafood. The entertainment was dour whilst we were there - no live music as billed - only the entertainment staff- Greta was OK but the man (sorry don't know his name) was terrible. He tried to bully people into activities by calling them lazy or boring because they just wanted to relax by the pool. One night for entertainment we had bingo and another musical chairs - we though we were in playschool! Our room was beautiful with views out to Stromboli and the other islands (when clear) and the sunsets were lovely. Would we return? Yes probably but it was a 95 minute transfer which isn't great after a 3 and a half hour flight
