We recently stayed for 10 days at Baia. We had a very good time and plan on returning next year. We were greeted very nicely and professionally by the Reception/Front Desk staff who helped getting our suitcases to our room and showed us the hotel and the surrounding. We booked half-board so we enjoyed Dinner at most nights in the hotel as well. The food in general (breakfast, lunch, dinner) is very good and the quality of the food/ingredients high. Prices are (for Calabria) high, but I don’t mind if I get the right quality in return for it. Our kid was joining the Kids Club almost every day which was led by an incredible team of staff. Our special thanks to them who always went the extra mile for the kids giving them an awesome holiday experience! Our room was cleaned every day by a very kind and professional cleaning staff. The whole staff was speaking English which made everything that much easier and the waiters were a lot of fun as well! Thanks to the whole Baia Team for a great vacation - especially Ricardo, Andrea, Luciano, Sami & Francesca & Fortunato!

Tornati dopo solo 2 anni troviamo un posto del tutto diverso dai ricordi. Servizi e qualità zero. 1- pubblicizzato Kids club praticamente inesistente. 3 ragazze in vacanza senza sorriso e voglia di stare con i bambini. Orari mai osservati, inutili attese di baby dance o altro. 2- educazione zero a dir poco delle ragazze al telefono che invece di assistere il cliente ridono delle richieste fatte. Una cosa mai successa in tanti viaggi. 3- se avete bisogno di una medicina sperate di essere in macchina altrimenti mi dispiace siete condannati. Risposta: “non è un servizio che offriamo “ in un 4 stelle inaccettabile non avere un servizio “esterno” anche a pagamento. Insomma, da calabrese devo ammettere che pur avendo i posti più belli del mondo NON SIAMO CAPACI A FARE TURISMO soprattutto di eccellenza. Consiglio invece di fare gli arroganti e rispondere alle critiche imparate da chi sa fare ANDATE IN PUGLIA!

Resort meraviglioso. Immerso nel verde...ed esattamente sulla spiaggia. Personale cortese ed attento. Massima pulizia. Ma il pezzo forte sono la colazione ed i pranzi..offerti sulla terrazza sul mare. In spiaggia un servizio straordinario. Ed infine la qualità della cibo altissima. Insomma una vacanza fantastica.

Struttura accogliente,pulita, parco verde, spiaggia e vista ineguagliabile soprattutto al tramonto. Personale cortese sempre pronto a soddisfare le tue richieste. Complimenti per le materie prime utilizzate in cucina, Olio La Valle buonissimo! Le camere sono pulite ed accoglienti, almeno quella che avevamo. Ben organizzato anche il servizio transfer. Inserirei un po' di intrattenimento serale, solo 3 sere su 6 e servizio riviste in boutique per chi non ha possibilità di spostarsi. Occhio all'accesso al mare difficoltoso per chi non ha scarpette adatte

Struttura molto piacevole ma che per incontrare la tendenza attuale consente di portare in camera i cani di piccola taglia. Il resort non ha però definito spazi specifici per i cani così i proprietari si sentono autorizzati a farli girare in libertà . Questo comporta di stare attenti ad evitare escrementi o zone con urina dei cani e sinceramente non e’ piacevole . Motivo per il quale non ci tornerei .

Wir haben jetzt zum 2. Mal unseren Urlaub hier verbracht. Das letzte Mal war 2014 und seitdem hat sich vieles getan. Damals, noch kinderlos waren wir bereits begeistert. Heute, mit 2 Kindern, sind wir mehr als begeistert und können diese Anlage nur empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind alle renoviert worden, die Gartenanlage ist nach wie vor einwandfrei gepflegt. Die direkte Lage am Meer einfach himmlisch. Nichts lässt hier zu wünschen übrig. Und falls mal etwas fehlen sollte, wird es sofort vom engagierten Personal organisiert. Gut zu wissen ist dass man hier am Besten mit dem Auto anreist (Flugzeug und danach gleich ein Mietauto am Flughafen nehmen). Wir waren bereits zum 2. Mal hier und sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal!

In realtà ci sono stata ad agosto 2023 però non avevo fatto la recensione. Questo resort si trova a Capo Vaticano in una zona un po’ dispersa fuori dal centro, però offre tutti i servizi necessari per trascorrere una settimana in totale relax. Appena entri si trova la reception che è staccata dalle altre strutture dove ci sono le camere, poi c’è un bellissimo giardino curato con piante tropicali e fiori che ti dà un senso di tranquillità. La camera era molto pulita, passano ogni giorno a fare le pulizie, il letto comodissimo, c’era anche la terrazza. Il bagno ampio, dotato di asciugacapelli, sapone e bagnoschiuma con dispenser. All’interno si trovano 2 ristoranti, il cibo molto buono e curato. La piscina pensavo meglio perché è piccola e sempre piena di bambini. Poi scendi le scale e c’è la spiaggia privata carina con ombrelloni e lettini, ti danno anche gli asciugamani loro. La cosa che mi è piaciuta di più è stata la colazione, a buffet con varietà di prodotti freschi ogni giorno, tutto buonissimo e viene fatta sui tavoli sotto la tettoia fronte mare. Lì in fianco c’è anche una stanza con attrezzi da palestra e dietro ci sono i giochi per i bimbi. Per spostarti consiglio di chiamare un taxi perché purtroppo a piedi non si riesce a raggiungere le spiagge, ma solo quella privata che però merita. Tutto sommato è un po’ costoso ma vale per quello che offre, lo consiglio e ci tornerei.
