Un resort tranquillo, pulito e ben organizzato.. ideale per un soggiorno in cui voler staccare la spina e rilassarsi

Adagiato in un bel giardino tropicale,con una splendida terrazza vista mare ove vengono serviti i pasti. Colazione ottima,cena al tavolo con menù da ristorante. Camere confortevoli,bella piscina e spiaggia privata su un mare bellissimo. Ottimo ed efficiente il servizio di beach car per la spiaggia. Moderna ed elegante Spa. Hotel tranquillo. Cuore del resort è Rosanna,proprietaria cortese e premurosa. Sono celiaca e la proprietaria è preparata ed informata al meglio. Ho trovato crepês s/g fatte al momento, brioches surgelate, torta casalinga, prodotti confezionati e aree colazione lontane da contaminazioni. Anche la cena è ben gestita per i celiaci. Il personale è cortese e disponibile. Esperienza positiva.

We leave unsatisfied. The place and the structure are nice, but the management and services do not meet the expectations for a 4-star hotel. I booked months ago after calling the structure to ask if the sea had a gently sloping seabed and therefore was suitable for children ... I was assured that it was, too bad it is not true. After 4 steps in the water you can no longer touch it. The water is clean and transparent for goodness sake, but we expected a different sea and safer for children. The beach is not fine sand, but made of small light-colored stones. Further sore points: - Upon arrival they give us a sheet to deliver to the restaurant for the half-board included. After half an hour at the table they inform us that they had made a mistake, with embarrassment exclusively ours, because, as has happened on other occasions, when they make a mistake they apologize and that's it. It's also our fault for not having immediately checked what we booked some time ago, but the mistake was theirs in the first place. So they guaranteed themselves dinner at their place and it wasn't worth it... high costs and definitely not excellent quality. Even the takeaway food was not reasonably priced, see the attached photo of the mixed salad at 8.50 euros. There are many nice little places in the area to have dinner where you eat well and at honest prices. - When we checked the reservation we had made we remembered that it included an exclusive boat trip, but at reception they were careful not to remind us. When we went back to ask they told us that there was a problem with the boat and they would let us know, but they never called us as promised. In the end they refunded us 105 euros for this.

Sono tornata, per la terza volta, al Tonicello per una breve vacanza di fine estate! Che dire, cortesia e professionalità la fanno da padrone in un contesto naturale di grande pregio. Ottima la sistemazione nella camera Suite, sempre ordinata e profumata. Ottima la cucina sia per la colazione che per i pasti principale, il tutto servito nella panoramica terrazza che in pochi altri possono vantare di avere. Sempre molto apprezzato il servizio di beach car che con molta velocità accompagna alla spiaggia di pertinenza della struttura. Torneremo di certo e ho molto apprezzato anche la dedizione della proprietà per questa attività. A presto!!
