This was our 2nd stay in 18 months and we had no qualms in returning. I have to start with sating that the staff here are outstanding, every person is committed to you enjoying your stay. We stayed in a family room with a shared pool both stays. It is worth the extra money, and the rooms are excellent, clean, spacious and the fridge is continously topped up with cold drinks (ee did request swapping to diet drinks, which they don't do as standard, but they ordered them in for us) This time our room was sadly surrounded by smokers (something that is such an issue in Europe and they really should encourage non smoking zones in rooms), but we spoke to the staff and they moved us the following morning. The food was, as usual excellent, and the extra nights are recommended, especially the beach BBQ and the moonlight lounge, but sadly the Tex Mex food was not up to their usual standard. The BBQ has fillet steak, salmon steaks, fresh fish all made to order, with lamb, chicken and pork spits on the go Their beach is a short walk and ideal for beginner snorkellers, walking straight in off the shore, and is a perfect spot to relax in the sun, with their snack bar close by and water sports once the season is up and running My son, about to turn 12 didn't have a great deal to do, tjough ot wasbthe firat week of seasom so not yet up and eunning, but once the watermark opens it will be great for him...the animation team were also fantastic, and though silly, their evening shows were a lot of fun... Thr location is a little far out, with not much nearby, limited shops and restaurants (literally one or 2), but clearly there is development going on, including their own waterpark. There is though a bus stop directly outside that is a short, cheap ride to Lindos and it's surrounding beaches, so for us being in a quiet spot where we could access other places easily was better than being in some of the more boisterous resorts...but for some this is too isolated.... car hire is very easy here (I suspect that 2 -5 years from now this area will be quite developed) This would be a great spot for a group of families going together who want to stay, safely in resort Lastly, I'd recommend upgrading to a private taxi, as the bus ride, with all ots stops, goes on for over 2.5 hours and is exhausting after a long flight...but for about 50 euros you can get to the airport and back in an hour without all of the stops
