TRIANTAFILLAS APARTMENTS

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo residence per una settimana dopo aver prenotato tramite agenzia, pagando neanche poco devo dire. Non è stata una esperienza piacevole. Ci è stato assegnato uno "studio" illudendoci che si sarebbe trattato di un appartamento, quando in realtà è più una stanza con un cucinino al pari di quello di un camper (non ci stanno neanche due pentole in contemporanea), un bagno piccolo con una doccia indecente: non c'è la tendina, non c'è il braccio per il doccino e viene lasciato a disposizione un piccolo lavavetri da usare sul pavimento per spostare tutta l'acqua che fuoriesce dalla doccia. Siamo arrivati tardi la sera con il volo e il benvenuto è stato il nostro nome su una lavagna con il numero di stanza scritto e le chiavi inserite nella toppa. La porta di ingresso è di vetro (smerigliato ma pur sempre vetro) perciò si sentono le voci e si vede tutto quello che avviene fuori, così come da fuori si vede dentro! L'aria condizionata, oltre che essere a pagamento a 7€ al giorno, si è rotta e nonostante la richiesta, per due giorni non ci è stata sistemata! Se avrete come noi la sfortuna di alloggiare al piano terra il vostro "balcone" darà sulla stradina di accesso (che non ha nessun cancello e può entrare chiunque) e chiunque potrà vedere dentro la vostra camera, e se avrete l'aria condizionata rotta e sarete costretti a tenere la finestra aperta per non soffocare chiunque potrebbe tranquillamente entrare dentro o vedervi dormire! Consiglio: non provate a lamentarvi o a chiedere di sistemare questi problemi, vi verrà risposto in modo molto sgarbato che potete andare ad alloggiare altrove. Anche contattare l'agenzia non ha dato nessun esito. Esperienza pessima.

Quando ho letto le recensioni su questa location,non nascondo la mia preoccupazione...si parlava di aria condizionata a pagamento di cui non si veniva informati,nulla di più falso. La mia agenzia mi aveva informato,se poi altre non lo fanno non è colpa della struttura. Ho letto lamentele sulle docce senza lattosio tendina,ma un pò d'acqua a terra non ha mai ucciso nessuno. Le pulizie,vengono effettuate bene e regolarmente. Ma veniamo al punto forte delle lamentele..cioè il titolare. Il signor Rosario(nome che lui da a noi che non possiamo capire il suo vero). Definito burberi,irascibile,poco educato. Certo essere accolti con un bel sorriso non guasterebbe,ma se dietro il sorriso c'è la truffa, che te ne fai? Rosario è un uomo pratico, disponibile, serio. Non ama le smancerie,ma è pronto a soddisfare le tue richieste,ovviamente sensate. Venite quindi a rilassarvi in questo paradiso,che visto il prezzo se non ricevi un sorriso poco conta☺️

Doccia senza box porta che non si chiude fornelli mal funzionanti personale maleducato voglio sottolineare la maleducazione del personale, alle 7 di mattina i due proprietari stavano urlando contro una donna delle pulizie in una maniera spropositata. non abbiamo mai ricevuto un arrivederci o un buona sera. indisposto e poca disponibilità. la piscina ha orari troppo stretti dato che si puo utilizzare dalle 10 di mattina fino alle 18 e dopo tutto quello che si paga mi sembra il minimo poter fare il bagno quando si vuole. non consigliato a nessuno ma in particolare a un gruppo di ragazze giovani come il mio.

we came here with a travel agency package. only afterwards did we read the reviews and we were a little scared but once here, we had a pleasant surprise. the owners are always available (certainly maybe a few more smiles...), the room was clean even if it is true that some things were missing (light in the bathroom needed to be changed, sockets a little shaky) and that everything can be improved, not it wasn't even as dramatic as many described it. let's remember that it is not a 5 star hotel. the complex is very well kept and the swimming pool is an excellent place to relax.

We have just spent a week in this accommodation and I would never recommend it to anyone. Apartment booked through an agency and with the Eden Viaggi package, so we were completely calm. When we arrived we found a glacial welcome, it seemed like we were there to disturb the owner of the structure and not a guest. We enter the room, turn on the air conditioning and the guy immediately bursts into the room and verbally attacks us for having turned on the air conditioning. During the booking phase it was not written anywhere that it would be an extra cost, but once the payment has been made it is inserted posthumously into the contract. Despite the apologies, which in a cold mind weren't even due, he continued to attack us and say that we shouldn't touch anything in there. Certainly not a start that makes you want to stay there for a week. Added to this was the practically unusable bathroom, shower with a trickle of cold water and practically no curtain (hence the bathroom flooded every evening). Ants everywhere and no one to turn to. At night, forced to keep the doors and windows open due to the heat, you are constantly woken up by the two owners shouting at each other. The entrance door to the room is glass and has a broken lock, so going in and out is a tragedy every time. Upon check out, no greeting no thanks for the stay. I kindly ask if we could leave our suitcases somewhere so as not to leave them guarded for hours, given the late evening flight, and after a week in which he calmly spoke English at check in, he pretends not to pass off any more words. I could have overlooked many things in the face of polite service from the manager, but rudeness and arrogance ruined the holidays, I believe for all the guests. Never seen a completely silent swimming pool, given that you get scolded for even the slightest noise.

The place wouldn't be that bad but unfortunately the owners are rude and ignorant, never seen such arrogant behavior anyway poor conditions such as air conditioning almost non-existent curtains on the windows mediocre breakfast and always the same things espresso for a fee otherwise really crappy coffee not really recommended
