Die Lage des Hotels sehr gut. Innerhalb weniger Minuten erreicht man den Strand. (Steindtrand). Der Strand ist an sich wenig besucht bzw nur von den anliegenden Hotelgästen. Man wohnt relativ nah am Geschehen von Restaurants, Geschäften und kleinen Supermärkten. Die Hotelbesitzerin Sylivia ist ein echtes Goldstück. Jederzeit ein lächeln im Gesicht, gut gelaunt und mit vielen Tipps für Ausflüge ausgestattet. Das Frühstück wird üppig ausgerichtet. Man erhält vorbereitete pakete, wobei kleinere Sonderwünsche berücksichtigt werden, die man dann auf dem Zimmer bei Sonnenschein genießen kann. Da wir (mama und Tochter) sowieso meistens draußen unterwegs waren, war auch das Hotel für uns völlig in Ordnung. An sich ist das hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sind mit dem nötigstens ausgestattet. Betten sind etwas sehr hart. Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt, Handtücher gewechselt bei Bedarf. Das Bad ebenfalls etwas dürftig. Ein Auto sollte man sich auf jeden fall für die Insel mieten, da es hier viel zu entdecken gibt und die schönsten strände weiter weg liegen. Etwas außerhalb vom Geschehen haben wir ca. 40€ für ein auto pro tag bezahlt.. als letzter Tipp: die angebotene bootstour nach Lindos und Symi sollte man evtl. Lieber am Hafen in Rhodos mieten. Der Bus nach Rhodos fährt relativ häufig und kostet beim busfahrer 2,50€ pro Person.

Das kleine Hotel direkt am Strand bietet alles, was man braucht, um sich richtig wohl zu fühlen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und wurde täglich gut gereinigt. Frische Handtücher bekam man ohne Aufforderung jeden Tag. Am Pool lässt es sich bei leckeren Cocktails schön entspannen. Aber das beste am ganzen Urlaub war das Personal im Hotel. Solch aufmerksame, liebe und herzliche Menschen habe ich selten gesehen. Bleibt alle so wie ihr seid! Ein wirklich rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Het hotel ligt mooi centraal gelegen, vlak bij het strand, restaurantjes, winkeltjes en supermarkt aan de overkant. Apotheek vlakbij. Hotelkamer prima te doen. Boek een kamer met zeezicht, prachtig uitzicht op de zee. Hotel ligt vlak bij een kleine disco/bar. mocht je niet van eventuele lawaai houden dan boek je een kamer aan de achterkant. Hotel heeft zelf een gezellige bar met zwembad en lekkere ligbedden. Je kan er ook een snack nuttigen. en gratis wifi bij de bar! Ik raad het zeker aan!

Absolut familiär, gastfreundlich und liebevoll! So eine tolle Unterkunft würde ich immer wieder für meine Kinder, 21 und 18, die alleine geflogen sind buchen. Das Personal war immer für alle Fragen da hat gerne geholfen, Zimmer super sauber, Frühstück wie von Mama mit so viel Liebe zubereitet. Griechenland pur! Danke für alles! Wir kommen wieder!

I came to rhodes with my friends for 10 days. Τhe first 5 days we stayed in another hotel and the last 5 days we stayed at Heleni Beach hotel and I regret that we had not gone sooner!! Location couldn't be better, staff always willing to help, everyday cleaning and comfortable rooms. We enjoyed the pool, the variety in the breakfast, the bar and the beach nearby but the highlight of the vacation was that tour we booked at the reception (worth going!!). They also offered airport transportation that helped us a lot because it is quite difficult by bus.

mijn grootste angst als ik naar een hotel onder de 5 sterren ga, is dat er niet regelmatig wordt schoongemaakt. Het was tijd om naar zo'n schone en vriendelijke omgeving te gaan! De beste ervaring! Als je gaat, vergeet dan niet om rondleidingen te boeken bij de receptie, echt onvergetelijk!

We went there on june with 2 other friends and we will book again the next year!! We paid a little more for a new renovated room and we felt like we were on a 5 star hotel but with fair low-budget prices. We also rent a car at the reception and we made a road trip around the island. Everything is nearby and this helped us a lot because we did not waste a lot of time.I loved so much how clean they keep the rooms and the caring people working there!

Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Really annoyed that we booked this hotel via on the beach which states and shows photos of a modern, pretty and comfortable pool, bar and snack area. We discovered the pool and beds were present however no snack bar or drinks bar. This advertisement is completely inaccurate and breakfast was cereal, bread rolls with cheese, ham, tomato and cucumber. The hot food was cut up hot dogs and something that resembled an egg pancake that was like flat bread and hard which felt more like a frisbee! Staff were polite and friendly but I honestly would not recommend this hotel.
