Penso che questa struttura sia stata la migliore in cui sia stata. Il nostro soggiorno è stato veramente a 5 stelle, ben oltre le nostre aspettative. Mi hanno colpito la cortesia e disponibilità di tutto il personale e i servizi offerti. Le camere sono dotate di tutti i confort: vasca idromassaggio, prodotti per la cura del corpo, ciabatte da camera, accappatoi in aggiunta agli asciugamani, frutta, dolci tipici e vino di di benvenuto, macchinetta Nespresso ad uso gratuito, frigobar, cassaforte, ecc. La pulizia della camera e della struttura in generale era impeccabile. Per quanto riguarda la struttura, ci sono due piscine più grandi e due più piccole, asciugamani puliti per i lettini disponibili sia in piscina che al mare. Spiaggia con ombrelloni riservati ai clienti della struttura sulla favolosa spiaggia di ciottoli di Kalathos. È possibile ordinare da mangiare e da bere sia in piscina che al mare tramite l'apposita app e il numero di ombrellone. Al mare sono disponibili ad uso gratuito, oltre agli asciugamani sempre puliti, anche materassini, ciambelle, braccioli, ecc. La qualità del cibo è ottima, non ha mai deluso le nostre aspettative. Complimenti a tutto il personale che ha fatto sì che il nostro soggiorno fosse veramente da sogno. Menzione particolare va a Savvas Papantoniou e Lucas!

Transfer zum Hotel: lange Wartezeit auf fehlende Passagiere; Transfer vom Hotel zum Flughafen: sehr früh abgeholt, da 20 Personen von verschiedenen Hotels abgeholt werden mussten (eine Zumutung!!); Check-in beim Rückflug nicht gut koordiniert. Ansonsten traumhafter Urlaub, sehr gutes Frühstücksbüffet, wunderschöne Anlage, strandnah! Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal.

Wonderful Spa Retreat with Exceptional Service
This was our first experience at a spa resort, and we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday here. The staff was fantastic—exceptionally friendly and welcoming from start to finish! The spa was wonderful, with skilled professionals delivering outstanding massages and skin treatments. We enjoyed it so much that we booked eight treatments during our stay.
The food and dining options were excellent, and the resort itself is beautiful and easy to navigate. The beach is just a short walk from the property, with attentive, welcoming staff on hand. Overall, we absolutely loved our time here.
There were just a few minor drawbacks. The mattresses were a bit too firm for our comfort, and the swimming pools were quite cold, which made swimming less enjoyable. Additionally, there were a lot of ants in the room, so we had to be cautious not to leave food out. While this was a bit unusual, the cleaning staff did an excellent job of keeping the room fresh each day.
Overall, it was a lovely stay, and we would certainly recommend it!

To put this review in context: we booked 4 days before travelling, the room had its own pool and we were all inclusive with premium upgrade. We went for a 10 day rest so did not venture ouyt of the hotel at all. Everything was excellent and less than one hour from Rhodes airport. Well done to the manager and all his staff. Brilliant!

Terrific place to relax and enjoy the Aegean Sea. Lots of dining options. Staff is excellent. Close to Lindos and Acropolis. Under an hour to rodos.

Fantastic stay. Beautiful grounds with very well taken care of vegetation and greenery. Very helpful and friendly staff. Amazing and varied breakfast buffet. Great beach with no other hotels around. Feels like a fantastic oasis. Great room with lots of space. Only downside was the slightly dated decor and the somewhat small bath/shower. But good water pressure. Also would recommend staying on an upper floor because of ants.
Other than minor things, everything else exceeded our expectations. Also 10 min taxi or bus to Lindos. And wonderful tavernas walking distance as well. Thank you for a lovely stay!!

*A lovely family break* We recently stayed at the Atrium Palace and had the most wonderful time. It is the best hotel we have stayed at in Europe. The facilities are great, the food was really good for vegetarians, and in a very quiet location. We initially had an issue with our first room but after raising it with Apostolos, the General Manager, we were changed to another room. What makes the hotel that extra bit special are the staff. The star person for us was Savvas, the PR Manager. If we had any issues he was there to help us. He was particularly kind to my family and it was a real pleasure to meet his lovely daughter too! Other special staff I would like to mention particularly in the restaurants are: Sotiris, the Restaurant Manager, Davida, Natalia, Pari, Rena, Kiriakos, Despina and Artemis. In Guest Relations/Reception: Penny was a pleasure speaking to and always helpful as was Chara (particularly when assisting us with our room change). Konstatina in the Kids Club was also very kind and caring towards our children. And thank you to Alexandra and Eva in the Spa for a very professional and relaxing couples massage. A final thank you to Apostolos for being available and for overseeing such a brilliant resort. He clearly runs a tight ship and his professionalism is reflected in his staff members. Overall, a fantastic resort which I would highly recommend to others! Thank you Atrium Palace team. Tip: do not forget to book the boat trip through Lukas as it was very good.
