What a super hotel, all the staff from start to finish, could't have been more helpful, my friend an I do not eat meat or fish, so the chef cooked seperate meals for us.We would have been happy to stay longer. hope to return.

I’ll start by saying the customer service was good, however as we progressed in our stay the staff werent as keen to assist as they were on arrival. The food at the hotel is a SET MENU not all inclusive which was never stated on the hotel website or on love holidays it wasnt even on another sites i cannot comment on the food taste as i did not eat in the hotel the entire stay i was extremely disappointed by what was on the set menu most nights it was pork which was strange, the snack bar was called “al carte” it was not, minimal choices on there. As for drinks at the bar all was EXTRA a bottle of water was EXTRA it was strange, the hotels cocktails were awful i ordered one drink and it was like an ogre had pissed in it. All beer was watered down and had no taste. One occasion i asked for a coke zero or diet coke and was told it was extra he then came out with “cola” there was no diet option or sugar free option wouldnt be great if u were diabetic. The room was okay very dated not very clean either there was a lot of dust wouldnt be good if u had a dust allergy. There was live wires found behind the bedside table which is rather dangerous. One fire alarm was smashed into which is highly unsafe when u are a story up in the building. I never saw the pool being cleaned once however it was clean MOST days, the day after we arrived the pool was very cloudy and looked as though people were using it as a toilet, there are no toilets by the pool and if there were then we were never shown looks like no one else knew were they were either. There was a nail sticking out by the pool and drain which again is not safe especially if u have young children. There was quite a few cockroaches in the hallways and around the building which is expected outside not in the hallways. The location wasnt great there is not much about however it was better then stayinh in the hotel all evening as it states there is evening entertainment there never was which is odd, i think they must say these things to attract customers however there was not any entertainment. Overall the hotel advertised it was an all inclusive and it wasnt so if u decide to come here i was strongly suggest thinking again and looking at somewhere with actual all inclusive options, what ive learned from this hotel is to read all reviews especially the bad ones.

Most of the staff, with the exception of a few kind individuals like Maria who served breakfast, were unfortunately not friendly or welcoming. During dinner service, there were only two employees working, and getting their attention felt like begging. One of them even argued with me, insisting I should sit in the sun because otherwise, there wouldn't be enough space on the table for the dishes. At times, it felt more like being treated as a prisoner, expected to eat quietly and not ask questions. Fruits were not served, even when we politely requested them. As a dessert, they offered pre-packaged caramel pudding from the supermarket, and the main dishes were often undercooked. The rice they served was so poorly prepared that even birds would turn it down. Hygiene was not too bad, which was one of the few positives. However, what shocked us the most was overhearing rude comments made in Greek after we expressed our concerns about the service. I happened to understand some Greek and could pick up on what was being said, it was very disrespectful. While the reception staff tried to be kind, the overall experience became too unpleasant to tolerate. To top it all off, they didn’t even have something as basic as ice cream available.

Expected so much better. We had booked for 7 days all inclusive, we arrived late (11pm) so hadn't had the benefit of our first days food or drinks that we had paid for, were promptly told the all inclusive is closed at 10 so no drinks, and it being still very hot and after a day travelling we asked for a bottle of water - they charged us €4 for this! The shop round the corner we visited the next day charged €1.50 for 6 bottles... On getting into the room, which was tired to say the least and very warm, asked how to operate air-conditioning. We were told this was extra! Explained we were all inclusive and even showed booking confirmation, they insisted that air-conditioning extra so we had to pay €8 a day or they wouldn't give us the air-conditioning remote! At breakfast the next day we were surprised to find that it wasn't actually all inclusive, proper coffee was chargeable and you only had limited menu options. This applied to lunch and dinner too, set menu which if you didn't like, tough! The food generally was ok but it cannot be described as all inclusive and if you are fussy or have any intolerance, good luck. One guest told us she couldn't eat anything on the menu due to intolerance so asked for alternative, she was given a bowl of peas 😂 The drinks on all inclusive again are limited to the extreme, almost everything outside of beer and cola (not coke or pepsi) are chargeable. Location wise it's quiet, near the beach which is quite choppy sea and pebbly, but great location if you're a kite surfer. Need a car to get anywhere or taxis. Pool is very small and never once saw it cleaned or managed with chemicals. Tennis court has seen better days. If you want a late checkout, prepare to be charged $50, they have no facilities for changing or a spare room for shower etc. They seem insistent on charging for as much as they can extra - the all.inclusive holiday was not cheap and was no way all inclusive - this opinion shared with everyone guest we spoke to. Staff are generally friendly however one barman in particular has an eye for young girls, it was so blatant eyeing up 15 year old and speaking to colleagues - it is not 1970!!! On the whole very disappointed and would not visit again - have done dozens of all inclusive and this simply is not that and their approach to getting as much as they can from patrons is not good.

Start at the beginning hotel looks lovely externally and location is good. Facilities in the hotel again good bar area nice and outside restaurant nice for some reason eating area inside closed.. pool nice but probably bit small and few more sun beds wouldnt go a miss. Pity the lovely water feature wasnt working. Standard of eooma varies from just ok to nice if you want to pay extra but generally ok. All inclusive wouldnt bother to be honest food was awful .. the inventiveness comes from changing the name of the same dish and alternating potatoes and rice but seriously menu extremely poor. Shame really as the staff that have to serve it are an absolute asset to the place so polite and helpful. Now the surrounding area to out is extremely limited too .. you really need to hire a car .. All in all nice hotel lovely staff but expensive to purchase anything . glad ive experienced but wouldn’t return

Me and my partner have just returned from a 7 night stay at Nirvana Beach Hotel. First of all, the staff are fantastic! Always smiling and happy to assist. We booked a double standard room with a sea view, which was basic with dated furniture. There was no shower holder in the bathroom which wasn’t ideal. However the room was clean and spacious. We asked to upgrade to a superior room, the hotel manager was very accommodating and we were able to switch rooms within 3 nights. I would recommend paying extra for the superior rooms, much more modern. Aircon is optional at €8 per day as well as city tax which is €5 per night. The hotel is smaller which we liked and didn’t feel crowded with other guests and only a short distance from the airport, so had planes flying over most of the time but we got used to the noise after a few days! location of the hotel is pretty remote, there are a handful of restaurants, 5-10 minute walk away with decent food and a few excursion places too. I would highly recommend the Sunset Beach Bar, amazing views! The food at the hotel is served from a set menu, with plenty of choice for breakfast. There is only one option for dinner, food was always fresh but could do with a bit more choice in the evenings. Can’t comment on lunch as we opted for half board. The pool area is lovely and even though there are limited sunbeds, we rarely struggled to get a bed each. The swimming pool was very refreshing on the hot afternoons. Overall, we had a lovely holiday and would recommend if you are looking for a chilled break

Jedzenie świeże, smaczne, podawane do stolika. Obsługa bardzo miła. Niemiła rezydentka, która nie miała ochoty pomagać.
