Electra Palace Rhodes - Premium All Inclusive

The nicest all inclusive holiday we’ve ever been on, lovely hotel gorgeous beach, delicious food and friendly staff. Fully recommend.

We literally had the best time at Electra can’t stop thinking about it. The food was amazing. The hotel staff was so friendly and warm. The hotel is very modern and clean. The entertainment in the evening was amazing. Something different every night! We can’t wait to go back! Nothing to complain about at all Everything was 5 stars! Despina was so warm and wonderful I felt like I’ve known her for years, her smile was from the heart💕 she made me and my brother feel very happy while doing activities during the day! We will definitely be returning and we recommended absolutely everyone❤️

The hotel was lovely but didn’t feel like you were in Greece. It could have been anywhere in the world. The food was excellent, the quality and selection was marvellous every single day. The themed a la carte restaurant were a mixed bag with Greek and the bakery being amazing! Very good quality, freshly prepared. Italian restaurant was very basic and rushed and nothing about it felt Italian. The wine bar looked so beautiful from outside! We were expecting to try different type of local wines paired with food. What we received were the white and a rose and we had to ask to try the red. Whilst we were there, there were 4 couples in total and we saw one couple to get up and help themselves to the wine. The cocktails were a bit disappointing. They didn’t really taste like the name declared. Local wine and beer were fine. The best wine was in Greek restaurant. But try to book it in advance as it’s very popular and we managed to get a reservation only on our last night of a week stay. There are 4 bars in this all inclusive hotel. The busiest one was at the pool area. Overall pool was very well set up! There were plenty of sun loungers and beds so you didn’t have to run and get a bed early. I also enjoyed spa downstairs. I had 3 treatments- two massages and a facial. The beauty therapist Hanna was great! I also did yoga class but Kristina , the teacher was not great. With yoga practice it’s important that you do it to your own abilities and not encourage to push yourself too much. My last point is a great sustainability of this resort ! They reduce single use plastic which is great! All guests are given very good quality water bottles that you could refill anywhere on the resort! The place was spotlessly cleaned. Everything was immaculate and brand new! The sea was lovely too . I even saw turtle while swimming one morning in the sea! but bring your water shoes as it

This was not a 5 star experience. If I was being cynical I would say that the hotels star rating has been arbitrarily inflated to extract more tourist tax from guests. 1.very weak shower over a shabby bath. 2.disappointing pre mixed cocktails. 3.inattentive service in restaurants. 4.Poor selection of food with badly recycled leftovers from previous day. 5.Very poor entertainment. 6.No china crockery in restaurants. 7.Undrinkable coffee. 8.The beach to the left and right of the tiny hotels stretch was awful. Full of rubbish. 9.Walk to nearby town was scruffy with graffiti and discarded beer cans. For me , the tourist tax means that I will never return. I don’t know how it’s used but certainly not the environment.
