We've stayed here at the beginning od July. The room was located at the main building. It was very spacious with a huge balony and good working air condition, but with outdated bathroom. Great swimming pools and aquapark but could be more sunbeds. The food was good. There was also swimming pool bar with some snacks and ice cream. The wine, beer and drinks were ok.
The stuff was friendly.
There is a car rental office at the hotel. They have good price and are very helpful.
The hotel is well located, 10 minutes by bus from the airport and 20 minutes from Rodos old town. The bus stop is next to the hotel.
The airplanes frequently approaching to the airport weren't disturbing and watching them was a kind of attraction for us.
I think the biggest problem for the hotel owner is the sewage area located at the central point of the hotel area. It is well hidden with beatiful greenery but the odour is bad. Fortunately, it smells bad only at the close distance to that.
Rodos island is great. We recommend to visit old town Rodos, Lindos town and Filerimos mountain and monastery.

Excellent family hotel, hotel could do with a bit of a facelift in certain areas and room for some improvement on the food and variety but all in all a great week. Exceptional entertainments staff who go above and beyond including the lifeguards who could not be more engaged and involved with all guests, from assisting round the pool to entertaining the children whist they supervise they do an excellent job. All with a smile on their face, the kids really loved them all as did the adults! Your staff truly make the hotel, the external teams at least. Definitely some management aspects to fix including reception and the issue of strict check out times when you have arrived and leave late, they should take a leaf out the external staff book. all in all a great week.

We enjoyed our stay here but found some staff members to be a bit rude and one even a little creepy. There was a lady at the a la carte who was terrific, always smiling and happy to chat. Drinks were amazing too. More staff should have her energy as she was wonderful to be around! Our room was good and the balcony was even better, we had an amazing view! Food was very repetitive but edible. The waterslide that is covered bruised and cut my arm when going down but the other two were good :)

This hotel was cheap and as soon as we arrived we saw why it was so cheap. The staff are all very rude and over worked, there are only 2 bars on the resort one at the pool and one at the reception in the evening both never have enough staff and the ques take a good 15/20 mins in the evening, the bar staff also tell you that there is no vodka left every single at 9 but the truth is they stop serving it to you as they say you some people get too drunk, also you can only 2 drinks at any time and that is for soft drinks and alcohol, so for my family of four I could not go up and get myself, my partner and the kids a drink at once if I wanted more I would then have to join the back of the que, and for the very rare occasion you might find yourself the only on in the queue they will still not give you more than 2, and the same goes for the snack bar when getting pizza you can only get 2 slices at one time. When it comes to check out you have to check out by 11 am and when you do that they will cut your wristbands off and you won’t be able to eat or drink at the hotel unless you pay, it was a pain for us as we didn’t get picked up until 12 midnight and they charges us €220 to keep the room and wrist bands for the family, also they only accept cash which screams corruption they even state that the room tax must be paid in cash but that is not true, luckily we went with friends and we had a great time with friends other wise we would have struggled very much, Hotel needs keeping care of one of our glass doors in the room had been smashed before we arrived and was glass everywhere still looked like it was just swept under the bed and definitely some improvements. The entertainment area stinks of sewage and the pools are filthy, beware people don’t be fooled by the pictures. I 100% would never go back to this hotel, Rhodes was very beautiful tho we would definitely go back to the island

Absolutely terrible AVOID this hotel, doesn't take cards only CASH, the greasy bar man was so rude about drinks and serving size and the amount of drink behind the bar always running out of Vodka. Passing by the entertainment stage it smelt horrific from the raw sewage and cat poo. The food in the restaurant was crap, not a lot of choice and the desserts was the same every night with no ice-cream for the kids. Drinks were awful, no taste and we were told by an employee that the soda machine were not cleaned out properly and not looked after. The rooms were decent but the sofa beds were very uncomfortable. Water park closed early every day than we were told, the lifeguards were messing about with the kids and not keeping an eye on the pool by throwing them in and always flirting with young men. The only good thing i can say about this hotel is the Al Carte Bar, a nice lady staff member and you could get proper drinks for a good price. On arrival day we went to the snack bar as lunch had finished, there was no seats at all but plenty of tables I asked a employee about it and she basically told me i should just eat my food on the floor which was filthy. Lots of pushing and shoving by very rude people who couldn't wait in the queues for food.

The hotel boasts a spacious and very well-maintained property with lush greenery, making it a peaceful and nice place. Rooms are generously sized and kept very clean, while staff are friendly and welcoming. The highlight for families is 2 swimming pools and a medium-sized waterpark—perfect for keeping children entertained. However, several drawbacks impacted overall experience. There’s a noticeable shortage of sunbeds, always fewer than the number of guests, which makes relaxing by the pool a challenge. Air conditioning both in the rooms and lobby is underwhelming. The food, while tasty and professionally prepared, is basic, in some cases repetitive with limited variety and a clear effort to cut costs & budget (as an example, quality meats / Greek seafood is largely absent). There's no kettle in the rooms, but you might try your luck getting extra coffee in a 'snack bar'. The "all-inclusive" label might be misleading. Guests receive three meals per day, while free drinks are restricted to two per person daily. You'll get your free beer served in small cups, which feels unnecessarily. Additionally, the internet connection is very poor, making it a challenge for anyone needing to work remotely or even just watch a Youtube video

An honest review from our stay in August 2025. We went as a family of 5 with 3 other families of 4/5. To be honest I am struggling writing the good points. - €10 per night per room tourist tax - cash only on check in. - Rooms very basic and need some maintenance. Rock hard mattresses, broken bathroom tiles, no plug, generally tired rooms. No kettle or anything. There is a small fridge and 2 glasses. Air con worked well. - The all inclusive alcoholic drinks were awful. We ended up buying our own or using the payable a la carte bar in the evenings. Iva in the a la carte bar was lovely and knowledgeable. - Basic all inclusive food. Very limited choices. The same most days. Hardly anything for children. You would expect themed nights maybe? At least Greek. Most staff in the restaurant area friendly and accommodating. Ok cooked breakfast options I thought but no or limited pastries/ continental options. - Pools were ok but so deep. Lifeguards may as well not be there. They are busy pushing people in the pool instead of actually keeping people safe. One day she was playing water polo and then on her phone with AirPods in. - No where near enough sunbeds. We had to send someone down at 6.30/7am to be able to get some. The sunbeds are metal ones and very heavy. - Water park good to be fair, just out the way by the shop/ at the front of the hotel. - Not much entertainment all around. Darts and boules everyday. Aqua gym and water polo in the smaller pool. Evening entertainment crap and held in an open stage area next to a sewer. Just rows of chairs, no tables or bar nearby. - Kids club was ok and mini disco good but only half an hour long. - On site shop was good and had everything you need but is expensive. Theres a supermarket about a 10 min walk away which is a lot cheaper. All in all, we had a great time as it was what we made it, however I wouldn’t return and wouldn’t recommend to others.
