We were robbed at this hotel and management has taken zero responsibility!! We stayed at Evita Elite Hotel in Faliraki, Rhodes (July 16–20, 2025). When packing to leave, we discovered valuables had been stolen from our locked hotel room, including a jewelry box with jewelry inside and AirPods. These items were hidden inside bags, not left out in the open! We immediately informed reception and filed a police report, but the hotel’s response was shocking — they offered no help, claimed it might have been someone from outside (despite no signs of forced entry), and told us to talk to the police. The hotel has no security cameras, and management has ignored all our emails since we left. No investigation. No apology. No compensation. Avoid this hotel if you care about your safety, your belongings, or basic accountability. This was an awful experience and we wouldn’t wish it on anyone else.

Fajne wakacje. Najlepszy fun wakacji. Jedyny duuuży minus to pokoje. Niestety stare, wąskie a łazienki małe i z usterkami. Jeśli ktoś był w hotelach o średniej jakości to ten hotel jest w sam raz. Natomiast trzeba się cieszyć z piękna wyspy i zwiedzać ile się da!

We are here …. Not met anyone that thinks anything is good Dirty , tasteless food , all inclusive stops while staff have lunch breaks or worse …. Continually told no vodka , no sprite …. Shandy’s are good 😂😂 When rooms “cleaned” dirty towels still on floor , sink not touched …. Communal floors etc same hair / dirty cups been there for 4th day now Staff very unhappy moaning. About management Full review and pictures when home Only “good point” comfy bed and pillows …. Pay a bit more or you ll spend a fortune eating out and buying half decent drinks

we have booked for one week in mid june, for all inclusive services. We have arrived quite late in the night and the renovation works were not finished, there was a bad smell of paint allover, empty boxes from AC, etc. We have been told that we cannot serve dinner, but that they shall offer some sandwiches. The room has nothing to do with a 4 stars hotel. It was very small, about 12 sqm, with only a bar to hang our clothes. A small and noisy fridge was laying on the floor. The bathroom was small, with no window or air extractor and no shelf to put our things. Breakfast was poor and insufficient and persons have to que even for the bread. We asked our travel agent to change immediately this hotel, which they did, but we lost one day of our holiday... This was for sure a very bad experience!

This hotel is neither newly renovated nor 4*. Please don’t go to this hotel if you want have a great holiday. This hotel is always overbooked and they send you to the accommodation which cannot be marked as hotel. And if you refused this possibility, you can sleep on the reception because only they can say is: “I’m so sorry I cannot do anything else for you.” Of course the manager does not have a time to come so if you don’t want to sleep on the floor you have to accept this solution. In this hotel the services are the worst I have ever experienced in the world. Small variety of food, no cleaning, you cannot use the pool after 18:00. In all inclusive they don’t provide a bottle of water (just small one when you arrived). We find a coackroach in our room and nobody come to clean it. They offer a pool towel for extra charge but when you ask for them, they don’t have it. This is just for illustration what you can expect here. If this was my first visit to Greece I would definitely say that never again but fortunately this was my third Greek experience and I have to say that not every hotel is like this one.

We bought our vacation in February. We chose this hotel partly because the sea is about 200 meters away. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were informed that they didn't have a room for us and wanted to move us to a hotel 1.5 km from the sea, without all-inclusive, and with one less star. We spent 3 hours sitting at the reception, where we were first told that there was no electricity in our rooms. After 3 hours of waiting, the general manager came and said that there were no rooms available for us because they were overbooked. In short, they sell one room 2-3 times and then move people around to different hotels. Every second group we met during our vacation had this problem. In the end, we had to take accommodation in Evita Alegria for 3 nights (3* hotel 1.5 km from the beach) because the general manager basically said that if we didn't take it, we would be left on the street. We returned to Evita Elite after three days. Regarding the food, I have never eaten worse food in my life. Undercooked meat, practically raw. All week there was no other side dish than fries; you don't even know what you are taking because it looks odd, and there are no labels. I saw with my own eyes how the chef, instead of refilling the dressing because it was gone, filled it with water from the machine, poured it into the dressing, and diluted it, so it was just colored water. If you don’t arrive among the first for dinner, you have less food to choose from because many things are not replenished. The terrace by the bar is inadequate for the number of guests. If you don't arrive early, you have nowhere to sit. Since Evita Elite has a children's animation program, guests from Evita Mare also come, and you have no choice but to stand by the bar (if there is even space), because if you want to take a chair from the dining room, they don't allow it. When we left the hotel, we paid the stay tax for all 12 days as if we were staying in a 4* hotel. Unfortunately, we only realized afterward that we had been accommodated in a 3* hotel for 3 days, so we should have paid less. I recommend avoiding accommodation in any of the Evita hotels (Elite, Mare, Resort...).

NEVER AGAIN! Please...don't go there if you don't want your holiday ruined! You won't get what you paid for. It's a theft of money that you will never get back. We paid for Evita Elite and were sent to Evita Alegria, which is 1.5 km from the beach (we paid for 200 meters from the beach) and is a lower-class hotel. The replacement hotel didn't have All Inclusive, nor a closet in the room, a glass, a chair, or an ashtray. SHAMEFUL! After three days, we moved back to Evita Elite where we found out that many people had the same problems as we did, because the hotel is simply overbooked (they sell rooms 2-3 times and then move people between hotels). The food was good enough just to give you stomach problems. What wasn't eaten for lunch at one hotel was brought for dinner at another and vice versa. The travel agency Solvex didn't help us at all. The delegate is there just to transport people from the airport. If you call the headquarters, they will tell you that they are going to solve it (they are probably still solving it). So if you're traveling to Rhodes, avoid the hotels Evita Elite, Evita Mare, Evita Resort, and Evita Alegria.

After a long flight, we finally arrived at the hotel in the evening, only to face an unpleasant surprise. The rooms we had booked back in February were not available. Without any prior notice, we were informed that a car would pick us up and take us to a different hotel. This alternate hotel was 1 km away from ours and 1.2 km from the beach. Moreover, the substitute hotel had only 3 stars, so it was a lower category. It didn't even have All-Inclusive service, nor closets in the rooms, and many other promised amenities that we had paid for were missing. Simply put, we were cheated and deceived. (We paid for a hotel 200 meters from the beach with All-Inclusive service). Yes, we could go eat at the Evita hotel, but the last thing you want on a vacation is to wake up and walk 1 km just for breakfast. After we refused to go to the other hotel, a manager showed up 3 hours later and offered us cars for 2 days as compensation. If we had refused, we would have ended up sleeping on the street. This hotel is overbooked and relocates people as they see fit. After 3 days, we were finally able to move into the hotel we had originally paid for (there’s nothing better than moving from place to place during your vacation). By the way, we met about 3 other families who experienced the same thing, so don’t think this is an isolated incident at this hotel. The All-Inclusive was the worst we’ve ever experienced. The offered meat didn’t even look appetizing, appearing as if it had been sitting there for a week. We’re not picky, but in this hotel, it was really hard to choose something to eat. It’s clear that the hotel’s only concern is to maximize their profit, and we’re just numbers to them. So, if you don’t want to ruin a vacation you’ve been looking forward to all year, avoid this hotel at all costs.
