Was ok but old inside and breakfast was not good

We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The building is outdated and in serious need of renovation. Comfort is limited, and the soundproofing is non-existent: we were constantly disturbed by loud and rude guests, with no intervention from the staff. The pool was always overcrowded, and we couldn’t enjoy it even once. At breakfast, the atmosphere was unpleasant: the staff were shouting at each other in front of guests, which is truly unprofessional. At the reception, children were playing loudly, adding to the sense of disorder, and some rude guests only made the situation worse. In addition, the reception took an unbearably long time to answer the phone, complicating our stay even further. In the evenings, guests sitting in the hallways gave a constant impression of chaos. The beach, advertised as private, was in fact accessible to outsiders, making it very crowded. Finally, the “King size” bed was actually two beds pushed together, which was very uncomfortable. The only truly positive aspect was the housekeeping staff, who were perfect in their work, especially Katerina, who was outstanding. Honestly, considering the price and the advertised rating, this hotel is far from deserving of 5 stars. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and I cannot recommend this hotel.
