I booked Amus suites with a private pool room for a family holiday with Jet2. I was slightly apprehensive after reading a few of the trip advisor reviews (especially around the all inclusive option) but these were completely unfounded and we had one of the best holidays ever! To start, I need to say that the staff make this hotel. From check in, restaurant staff, maintenance, guest services to housekeeping - everyone was really friendly and happy to help. Suites rooms with the pools have a private check in area which was a lovely experience. The lady who checked us in took her time to explain the hotel and all inclusive set up, got us a nice glass of sparking wine and some cool flannels while we checked in. Our room wasn't quite ready so we were shown to the Varkorola restaurant by the pool for drinks and a lunch which was covered by the all inclusive. When the room was ready we were informed and shown up to the suite. The room itself was stunning and I couldn't fault it at all. The decor was modern and it was spacious and comfortable and beautifully air conditioned. There was a bowl of fresh fruit and a bottle of sparking wine waiting for us. Every day there was some sort of cakes or chocolate treats and a bottle of cold water left for us which was a nice touch. We also got left a gift of some honey and olive oil on our last day which was well received. The star of the show was the private pool area with sun loungers. It took the stress out of the holiday not having to go down with the towels at 9am trying to find free sun loungers. Private suites breakfast in the Varkorola restaurant by the pool is one of the most relaxing breakfast experiences I've ever had. Buffets at large hotels are normally nothing short of chaos, but the suites private area was amazing. The staff there were so friendly and attentive and the buffet was amazing and such good quality plus there was option to have cooked pancakes, waffles, omelettes and eggs done to your liking. Nicest freshly squeezed orange juice I've ever had. The 10th Floor main restaurant was also really good for lunch and evening meal. You had the option to sit outside with a beautiful sea view. Hotel buffets can be a bit hit and miss but I always found the buffet food to be high quality and good choice. Again, staff were very attentive and quick to clear tables and top your wine glass up. All inclusive wise, it's a little bit of a minefield until you get your head around it. There are a number of bars around the hotel, some aren't included in the AI, and the ones that are have some options that aren't included in the AI package. The hotel doesn't seem to use paper menus, and all the bars and restaurants have QR codes on the tables which bring up the food and drinks lists. If you click on the all inclusive menu, basically anything without a price is free, and the ones with a price are discounted. I thought there was quite a good selection of AI included cocktails including whisky sours and

Lia was always warm, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed, adding a lovely personal touch to our experience. What really stood out was the level of care and attention we received. Every aspect of our trip felt effortless and stress-free, allowing us to truly unwind and relax. Even on the beach, the supervisor kept a discreet eye on us and our belongings, so we could completely switch off knowing everything was safe. The service here is second to none and absolutely worth every penny. If you’re looking for a luxurious, relaxing escape with a team who genuinely cares about their guests, Elite Suites is the perfect choice. We can’t wait to return!

She helped us a lot from start to finish and every time we had questions she answered and guided us.
