Personale gentilissimo, accogliente e professionale, struttura centrissima proprio nel cuore della città. Pulito e silenzioso è un albergo molto accogliente. Unico neo è che non offre il servizio di prima colazione che nei bar dei dintorni è assurdamente costosa. Per mangiare a prezzi decenti bisogna allontanarsi dal centro.

We booked 2 rooms at Arthur Suites for our family for 8 nights towards the end of September 2024. We were really impressed with our rooms which were immaculate and had an outdoor seating area which was great for relaxing & people watching! Angellica was an excellent host and was so friendly and helpful. She gave us lots of tips and advice & we would gladly come back again. The location was excellent, very central and we would highly recommend.

Beautiful little hotel. Stayed for one night with friend from Fethiye. Room was spacious, bed so comfy and lovely bedding. Coffee machine and tea facilities. Best shower ever and really nice toiletries. Loved having the terrace to sit on overlooking the square, watching the world go by. Staff were so friendly, helpful. Even brought us coffee and treats to our terrace in the morning which was a kind gesture. Highly recommend this place it’s so well located in the old town a few minutes walk from the ferry, cruise port. Will definitely return when visiting Rhodes

English: We had a great time, the hotel is new but externally rebuilt in medieval style. Inside it is equipped with every comfort you could ask for from the facilities to make a coffee when returning from a day at the beach or shopping to the air conditioning always left on to provide comfort from the heat outside. Angelika at the reception is generous with advice so that the experience on the island is pleasant and free of unpleasant surprises. She is also always available to return to the hotel (at any time of day or night) to provide assistance. Maddalena, the maid in charge of cleaning the rooms is equally sociable and very accurate in her work. Unfortunately the hotel does not have a breakfast service which forces you to go out and look for a "worthy" bar (for prices and service) which will cost you an extra daily starting from 20.00 euros and up. An ultimately very positive experience. The location is excellent for experiencing the city and local life. Fabrizio
