Asked a room service not to clean my room, but they did. As a result I couldn’t find my night guard.. they probably thought it was trash or something. That really disappointed me. But all in all we had a pleasant stay

The Port Royal was recommended to me as an alternative to other 5* hotels we stay at. Either we've been unlucky or people are willing to overlook basic requirements. If you're up for chasing the hotel EVERY day for basic essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water and even cleaners to clean your room, then this is the place for you!!!!! The hotel doesn't follow it's own policy on replenishing the mini bar every 2 days. We've had to chase that too and it's still not fully stocked. The reception staff are doing their best, but it's still poor. Room allocation: avoid rooms 101, 102 and 103. These rooms are next to a bar and the main restaurant. If you inadvertently have the curtains open, well, other guests can see everything. We were moved within 24 hours of arriving. Otherwise the staff, food, bars and restaurants are good. Would we come back? Definitely not.

This hotel is lovely right in the town so you can walk out the door to all the bars, shops and restaurants. We were all-inclusive. The food was great in the buffet, also the Italian and tapas restaurants' food was really nice and the drinks were also good . The one thing that stood out for us was that there was no fighting for sunbeds, people were not reserving them and disappearing for hours (although I think they would have been removed if they had ) there was plenty for everyone there were two pools and you could always get a bed what ever time of day also plenty of sunbeds on the beach absolutely perfect more hotels should be like this one the sunbed wars do need to be stopped we were in Cyprus in may hotels there you have to be allocated a sunbed on arrival perfect. Rooms were fabulous, clean, bed really comfortable, mini bar, well stocked every second day with beer,wine,nibbles. Entertainment was ok , but it was a chill out hotel, so really, it was not an issue. Finally, the staff they were so friendly and polite helpful that the pool guys who allocated the towels and kept check around the pool were so friendly and chatty staff in the restaurants, so happy and friendly nothing was to much trouble for any of them . We really couldn't fault this hotel and we have travelled a lot abroad and still do we will return.

A hidden gem you simply have to discover! If you’re looking for a place in Rhodes that feels truly special, this hotel in Kolymbia is the one. The location alone is amazing – peaceful, beautiful, and right by the sea – but what really makes it stand out is the whole experience. The staff are simply wonderful: friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. You can tell they pay attention to every little detail, and everything feels perfectly organized and spotless. The spaces are huge and comfortable, so you never feel crowded. The rooms are gorgeous, especially the ones with the pool right in front of the sea – waking up there is just magical. And then there’s the spa… honestly, one of the highlights. The massages and makeup treatments are top-notch. The heated indoor pool is so beautifully designed and relaxing that you’ll probably struggle to get out of it. The hammam is another amazing touch – it feels like stepping back into a romantic past while at the same time giving you a refreshing boost. It’s one of those places that makes you want to come back again and again. Highly recommend it if you want your holiday to be both relaxing and Unforgettable

Επισκεφθήκαμε χθες, το εστιατόριο la Pasteria του ξενοδοχείου και η εμπειρία ήταν απλά μοναδική! Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικά φιλόξενο και ευγενικό, μας έκανε να νιώσουμε άνετα από την πρώτη στιγμή. Τα φαγητά το ένα καλύτερο από το άλλο, με πραγματική «έκρηξη γεύσεων» σε κάθε πιάτο. Η ανοιχτή κουζίνα έδινε μια ξεχωριστή αίσθηση, καθώς βλέπαμε αυτή την καταπληκτικη ομάδα των μαγείρων να δημιουργεί πιάτα που έμοιαζαν με έργα τέχνης. Port Royal in Rhodes is the perfect destination for a premium, adults-only, all-inclusive getaway. Our room was incredibly spacious, with a very comfortable bed and excellent amenities — everything you’d expect from a true 5-star experience. The service throughout the resort was consistently high-quality: professional, friendly, and always attentive. Both the food and drinks across all the restaurants and bars were of impressive quality — fresh ingredients, great variety, and well-presented dishes. Just back from a lovely week. All good but word of advice… if you’re looking to book a beach bungalow with swim up pool then be aware that a lot of them are in the shade all day. Only some of them get some sun (in the afternoon). I paid extra for the room to get our own private sun loungers but as they were in the shade we didn’t use them. If I’d known I wouldn’t have booked it. I did ask if we could move to one of the rooms with sun. They took my number but never got back to me. Not impressed with that. So if you’re booking one of these rooms I would email ahead and ask for a room that gets the afternoon sun. Only other negative was the mini bar service. No one ever came to top up the mini bar (suppose to be every 2 days) in the week we were there or the tea/coffee etc. I got tired of having to ring up every day for someone to bring over tea/milk. So not impressed with that service. Otherwise it’s a wonderful resort. Very stylish. Great pools and bars. Loved the low key chilled atmosphere. The food is amazing! Ordering poolside drinks via their app was a great treat! I would definitely recommend this resort.
