Hotel stay and check-in staff is friendly and helpful. However, the staff who on early morning duty(28.11.2024) rude and cheated on us for flybus arrival time. He booked us a taxi to main station, pretending the flybus pick up was late and he don't know what happen,I've booked for flybus hotel pick up, when he knew flybus pick up time is usually within 15mins(I've confirmed this with FLYBUS staff, they told me hotel staff usually know about this). Never believe this front desk staff (didn't get his name but I remember his on duty time/date). I think the hotel should look into this matter seriously.

Location was great and super central. Check-in was swift.
There were plenty of toilets and 2 separate showers which were clean. However, in one shower room, the holder for the shower head was broken and so had to hold it whilst showering which wasn’t the best. Common room was clean with kettle, hob, microwave, and fridge. Overall was a comfortable stay for a night.

Located in downtown Reykjavik, it is convenient for travel and has a good surrounding environment. However, it is a self-service hotel with no front desk and you have to contact by phone, which is very troublesome if you don't have good language skills. The breakfast is OK, rich and purely Western. Attached are photos of the surrounding environment.

Facilities: It is a family hotel with kitchen facilities, bathroom, and radiator to dry clothes quickly
Sanitation: Clean and sanitary, good
Environment: Close to Iceland bus station, you can walk there, close to the cathedral, and close to the beach
Service: The owner of the family hotel is serious, enthusiastic and easy to talk to. He recommended the hot springs to the locals, which is very good. I went there twice

I loved the ease of self-service, honestly found this more convenient and relaxing.
The place is very clean and location is great, we had good weather so we pretty much walked everywhere and only took the bus once when we went a bit far.
Would definitely come back if I need to stay in Reykjavík.

I didn't live in this house. Because double booking, another one is much better than this one. But I still found this apartment-type hotel. I got the door password through the walkie-talkie and went in and looked at it. The sanitary environment facilities were good. I just didn't see anyone and didn't live there.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful. She helped us call the car rental company and check the nearest stores for us. As the first stop in Iceland, this place is very qualified. And it's very close to the Chinese Embassy, so I feel safe. They park for free. If the flybus comes, their station is opposite the central hotel. You can see it after crossing the road and walking back a hundred meters. Their breakfast is good, with more hot food than the hotel behind us.

Except that the door could not be opened at first, after contacting the landlord, the landlord opened the door for us in the background and then updated the correct password. The room is relatively short and does not have a direct view of the sea, but other than that it is very good. The facilities are complete and easy to use. The multi-function oven and refrigerator are very convenient.

The positioning is accurate. In fact, parking around the hotel is OK. I asked the surrounding residents to park if there is no area on parka. If you go to the church, it takes about 10 minutes. There is a kitchen on the first floor. It is convenient to make an early morning.

DDebating CoachThis is not at BSI Bus Stop. This is at Bus Stop Reykjavík. It’s not far from Bus Stop 6 and I could use Kapper so that saved me a couple of taxis. Just don’t be afraid to walk out to the highway and cross at the stoplight. They have a lot of tours and the private room is nice. Just avoid wearing socks in bed or else it will lead to Icelandic levels of static generation. It hurts.

AAnonymous UserTwo people will feel that the room is too small, and one person lives just right. A bit out of the way, flybus+ Generally, I can send it to bus stop 13, and I am worried that the traffic is inconvenient to drag my luggage. As a result, it rained when it arrived. The driver of flybus drop off red line looked at the location map on my mobile phone. It was very nice to put me at the nearest intersection. I don't feel inconvenient. I like to leave the city center a little quiet. The tableware is very new, there is a capsule coffee machine, there is a public laundry room, and it is close to Bonus. I have not seen the staff during the whole process. I like it.

GGuest UserVery satisfied, clean and worth having. Two rooms, with kitchen at the same time, complete kitchenware, very suitable for family cooking, saving money, because Iceland is very expensive, grilled lamb chops in the hotel with vegetables, very good enjoyment.

EEikonThe hotel was exceptionally clean, and our spacious family room provided plenty of space for everyone. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for families or anyone looking for a comfortable stay!
Llucy10The location of the hotel is good, close to the church and Fly bus station, about ten minutes' walk.
The kettle in the hotel was broken, so I had to boil water in a pot to make noodles.
There is no reception staff at the hotel. There is a notice posted on the door. You need to call the hotel to get the password to open the door and then take the room key to check in on your own.
