Hotels in Reykjavik East, Reykjavik

I traveled to Iceland and chose this hotel for a total of three nights. This is the first night（8.6）,Everything else in the hotel is very good. The only terrible thing is that for the room on my left, I can clearly hear their phone calls. For the room on my right, I can clearly hear them coughing and talking, which is very clear in the middle of the night. I doubt whether every room can hear the sound like this, so I will consider whether it is useful to propose to change the room.

The hotel where we stayed on our last night in Iceland is in the city center and is very convenient to go anywhere. Although the hotel does not have its own parking space, the car can be parked in the P4 parking lot next to the hotel. The breakfast is delicious!

Great stay staff very friendly. Room was very clean, had everything you needed and heated up very quickly! Breakfast was good pastries,fruit and cereals would have been nice for a hot selection too maybe.

Room clean and tidy, quite a big room for three people. Staff helped fold our clothes which was nice. Good location, near the meeting points of tours, and even one could pick us up in front of the hotel! Brilliant breakfast with various kinds of food. Had an enjoyable stay here!

When we arrived at the hotel address above, the employee told us that we had booked another hotel. It was a bit strange because the original hotel was written on my mobile phone system, which was correct, but the employees said so, so we had to go to the Grandi he mentioned first. Center hotel check in, luckily it was confirmed to be Grandi center hotel, and there were 2 welcome drink vouchers given when you checked in, which is great👍🏻

The apartment had everything we needed, plus it was clean and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Although it was located slightly further from the tourist attractions and eateries, it was well-connected via bus routes. All in all, highly recommended for families.

There are no slippers in the hotel, but there is a hot water kettle. It is right next to bus stop 12 and there is a bus station, which is very convenient. It is also walking distance from the church. Generally, the bed sheets were never changed after staying in the room for several days, and the coffee and tea bags were not refilled. The front desk was very welcoming.

Great hotel. Faboulous size family room for 2 adults and 2 teens- proper big and comfy beds for all and no sofa beds! Lovely buffet style breakfast with hot and cold food. We like the location which is about 20mins wslk to town centre but local to fantastic swimming pool with lots of thermal springs of varying temperature. Hotel had free parking so was very convenient for us with hire car. Spa within hotel was also a bonus. Resturant and bar within hotel served great food. All staff was friendly and helpful. If we ever go back to zIceland will definitely stay here again.

The sister at the front desk is very beautiful and patient. The hotel is warm and refined. The location is not far from the central area. It can be connected to the flybus, which is very convenient. Unfortunately, the sound insulation is a bit poor. The wooden floor in the corridor reverberates loudly, and the sound of pulling the chairs in the next room is also a bit noisy.

It's a very satisfactory hotel. The only bad thing is that the receptionist is a bit racist. It is said that we arrived at the hotel at 12 noon, and then we asked the front desk if we could enter the room early? She said we have to wait until 3 o'clock, and there is no room for us now. We accepted what she heard, and went out to have lunch. When we came back from lunch, we asked her again. It was already 2 o'clock, and she still said there was no room for us, so we would sit down. While waiting on the sofa there, there was a foreign couple who also came to stay, and she immediately gave them a room. My companion was very angry when she saw us. When she saw us, she was embarrassed and asked us to take the key and enter the room. I think this kind of service attitude really brings down the price of such a good hotel.
