Google map didn’t show the right entrance and it took me a while to get in finally. This is not at BSI Bus Stop. This is at Bus Stop Reykjavík. It’s not far from Bus Stop 6 and I could use Kapper so that saved me a couple of taxis. Just don’t be afraid to walk out to the highway and cross at the stoplight. They have a lot of tours and the private room is nice. Just avoid wearing socks in bed or else it will lead to Icelandic levels of static generation. It hurts.

The location of the hotel is really good, at the end of the commercial street, it is lively to go out, and it is also close to the landmark Sun Boat. There is a Domino's Pizza opposite the hotel, there is a Bonus supermarket 300 meters away, and the free parking lot is great. The decoration is really a bit old, but the sanitary condition is worthy of reassurance.

Although the room is small, it is very convenient to settle in. The password is used to enter and exit. The piggy supermarket is 150 meters away, and shopping is also very close. The breakfast is also good. It is not too far to go to the main street and the Pearl Tower.

Room and toilet were clean, however there was a Sulphurous odour (almost like rotten eggs) coming from the drain of the shower which was quite difficult to bare if you used the bathroom for too long. Fortunately for us, we were out most of the day, so we didn’t have to deal with it so much. They’re a sustainable and eco friendly hotel and don’t offer one-use toiletries, however extra towels and other things were offered when requested. The breakfast spread was lovely and yummy!! Appreciated the well thought out guide folder!

I’ve requested a room with better room. Though no guarantee, the hotel arranged one facing refuse collection area / Carpark entrance. How come?! The receptionist said my booking agent (Trip.com) didn’t inform them & asked me to top up the room rate for upgrading. Such a good selling tactic!! Room was clean & breakfast provided a reasonable variety of food.

The hotel where we stayed on our last night in Iceland is in the city center and is very convenient to go anywhere. Although the hotel does not have its own parking space, the car can be parked in the P4 parking lot next to the hotel. The breakfast is delicious!
