The studio it self has a great potential but it needs a deep cleaning. The studio still had the garbage from the previous guests inside and was full of dust. Also the outside is not very welcoming (it's OK to be in the back of the house but it is not OK to have construction leftovers just outside the door/window). Apart from that the bed was comfy, you have a mini fridge and good wifi connection. You can walk from here to the city center. Parking space just outside the building for free.

The room is open and sunny, and the hygiene is very good. Although the environment is small, it has everything!
The only drawback is that the sound insulation needs to be improved.
But as a homestay, the environment is very good, very close to the city center, parking and shopping are very convenient!

I stayed here in winter. You will have to walk up a hill in the snow, but you can access it on foot from the bus stop. The toilet, shower room, and kitchen are shared. The indoor shoes are shared and worn out, so if you are concerned about that, I recommend bringing your own. The reception staff were kind and responded to my request when I contacted them by email. The boss is very nice. There were two times when Ctrip showed that there were no rooms available, but in fact there were rooms available. I checked in first and paid the money the next day. The location is also good and the price is very good.
