The location is okay, there are several good restaurants nearby, but the overall environment is poor, maybe because the building is old. The heating was not very good and the room was very cold. The owner was very helpful when the airport luggage was lost. I was allowed my room early so I could start my process and then offered to add his number incase luggage would be delivered when I was away or asleep
