The location is good, end of the main shopping street in Reykjavik city centre. However, limited parking space and you have to find an empty space according to their map as public free parking on different streets. We are lucky to park our car at the back of the hotel when one just left. Otherwise, need to move our luggage far away to the hotel. Gym and spa required extra charges at ISK3500 per person for hotel customers, and we didn't enjoy it as too tired that day.

The location is excellent, close to 13 stations, and travel is very convenient. The hotel service is warm and the facilities are complete. The stay is very comfortable and has been recommended to friends
