Location was great, it was walking distance to most places. There was a really nice bar just opposite.
Service staff were helpful and pleasant.
The room I stayed in was quite small. I did not quite like the layout of the room. The TV was in an odd location too. The lighting in the room could be improved. There were stains on the toilet mirror, felt that these should be changed as it gives the impression that the toilet isn’t clean.
Also, they could consider automating the doors and using key cards instead of actual keys.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the city center and very close to the cathedral. The room has a large bathroom, but the bed is a bit small (almost all hotels in Iceland are like this), and the breakfast is very good with fresh ingredients.
