The hotel is very cosy and the staff are very attentive to our needs. The breakfast spread is plentiful and delicious too. We have stayed there for honeymoon and they gave us complimentary access to hot spring and spa which is wonderful. The hotel is also central located.

This hotel is located in the center of Reykjavík. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is just a short walk from bus stops 3 and 6, as well as numerous restaurants and bars. The breakfast was also very good, with a large selection to choose from. Rooms spacious and modern.

Very clean, comfy, and the location was unbeatable as far as restaurants, night life, convenience to public transportation and sites. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The only thing I would ask if for a decent bagged breakfast if we must depart before breakfast. It would be easy to include a fruit cup, a hard boiled egg, or yogurt and fruit instead of just coffee and croissant. Maybe provide transportation hints on your booking website. We had difficulty transitioning from a cruise.

The hotel is right in the center of the main shopping and restaurant area in town. So if you stay here you can walk anywhere you want to visit for this part of the trip to Iceland. The service at check in has some personality and is pleasant and attentive. The hotel has a specific aesthetic which seems to give a minimalist industrial feeling that we enjoyed. The lobby had nice sitting areas for larger groups to assemble or relax. The rooms were a bit cozy or cramped but had all the expected elements. It was on a busy city street with restaurants so at night expect noise. The hotel doesn’t have parking so you need to get comfortable with the p1, p2, options and the parka app. Depending on your preference be prepared to pay up or hoof it to your car if you have one. We would have liked to comment on the spa but it was allocated to a private group (informed on arrival not in advance). We noted the stay and would come again.
