The night shift receptionist had a very bad attitude, the day shift was ok, they did not inform the customer that the city tax would be deducted by VISA card, and suddenly deducted money in the middle of the night. I don't know if there was a handover between the night shift and the day shift. They said they would check out and settle the bill together the night before, but they continued to deduct money twice the next morning. Very bad experience, choose carefully

Location is quite far from city Center. Need to walk 30mins. Not much places nearby. Near to the museum. Walking from the bsi bus terminal with luggage is not advisable. No proper walking area. Mainly on the road.

Not value for money, we booked the hotel by looking the amenities like pool and other facilities listed in this booking website and paid a good amount. But they need extra payment for each facilities and they even took some extra amount like in the name of city tax, without mentioning while booking
