Hotels with Breakfast in Reykjavik

Room clean and tidy, quite a big room for three people. Staff helped fold our clothes which was nice. Good location, near the meeting points of tours, and even one could pick us up in front of the hotel! Brilliant breakfast with various kinds of food. Had an enjoyable stay here!

I traveled to Iceland and chose this hotel for a total of three nights. This is the first night（8.6）,Everything else in the hotel is very good. The only terrible thing is that for the room on my left, I can clearly hear their phone calls. For the room on my right, I can clearly hear them coughing and talking, which is very clear in the middle of the night. I doubt whether every room can hear the sound like this, so I will consider whether it is useful to propose to change the room.

I think Hotel Holt is a nice boutique hotel with all you need. It’s small but all details and needs are being catered. Hotel management is running it with heart which you can see in many aspects. I think this hotel. We didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment on it but overall experience is good. The price is a bit pricey but it’s okay as we are in city centre. Well located and just a few minutes walk to the Main Street. And the best overall, they have car park and it’s free….

I missed the welcome of warm cookies in the afternoon. There was nothing. The front desk staff was fine- nothing to write home about. It was nice they held our luggage after checkout for a few hours as we shopped before heading to the airport. Tip to others- P3 parking lot is about 3 blocks away close to the water side- there was always parking there. The location was good. In the middle of the action. We also loved the buffet breakfast. Eggs, salmon, breads, pastries, so many things. Only comment is that the variety was the same for the 3 days there- no changes- so it did get boring after day two. The beds comfy. room is nice. water pressure for showers good. I would stay here again.

It’s an awesome hotel near the harbour and within walking distance of tourist attractions such as the rainbow road, shopping and church. The harbour and many eateries are also within 10 mins walk

The hotel is very close to Station 9, about 7 minutes' walk. There are many delicious food on the street and it is very lively and prosperous. The room is medium in size and very cozy. The facilities are relatively complete. The hotel has a gym with a small sauna and three shower rooms, suitable for taking a shower after working out.

Great hotel. Faboulous size family room for 2 adults and 2 teens- proper big and comfy beds for all and no sofa beds! Lovely buffet style breakfast with hot and cold food. We like the location which is about 20mins wslk to town centre but local to fantastic swimming pool with lots of thermal springs of varying temperature. Hotel had free parking so was very convenient for us with hire car. Spa within hotel was also a bonus. Resturant and bar within hotel served great food. All staff was friendly and helpful. If we ever go back to zIceland will definitely stay here again.

There are no slippers in the hotel, but there is a hot water kettle. It is right next to bus stop 12 and there is a bus station, which is very convenient. It is also walking distance from the church. Generally, the bed sheets were never changed after staying in the room for several days, and the coffee and tea bags were not refilled. The front desk was very welcoming.

Really loved our stay at this hotel apartment, it was much better than I had expected. The location is amazing, right by the bars, restaurants and shops but we didn't hear a thing. The apartment was like brand new, everything was spotless and had everything we needed. They deliver a breakfast basket each day, as well as fresh bakery bread loaf each morning at 8am. The bread was some of the nicest I have ever eaten and they were kind enough to substitute our basket for a vegan one and we got three full packets of vegan cheese (Violife), Oatly oat milk, vegan butter and loads of jams and spreads. I was really impressed. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location in a bustling area, offering convenience for guests. The reception desk is exceptionally helpful, and the restaurant staff, particularly during breakfast, are outstanding. Wish the breakfast had more hot food variety and also better coffee options (only had filter coffee), neverthless still a great breakfast spread.The hotel comprises a modern half and an older section, but both segments provide all necessary amenities. Easy access to taxis and the nearby bus stop, which is ideal for convenient Iceland tour pick-ups. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service and accessibility.
