Wir sind komplett begeistert von dem Hotel, dem Service, den Mitarbeitern und den vielen kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten. Es ist sauber, ruhig, alle sind super nett und zuvorkommend und das Essen ist richtig gut. Der Barmann, Vassilis, bleibt uns unvergesslich. Wer etwas Abwechslung möchte kann abends zum Schwesterhotel, Minos Mare Beach gehen, wo diverse Animationen stattfinden. Jederzeit wieder! Nur der Strand war nicht so unser, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Dafür waren wir mehr am Pool.

Хочу оставить отзыв о нашем пребывании в этом отеле. Довольно приличная по размеру территория отеля, комната у нас досталась 22кв.м. Очень чистая , уборка каждый день , полотенца в номере меняли каждый день, вечером персонал заходит интересуются все ли в порядке в номере , все ли нас устраивает . Отель современный. Персонал разговаривает на Английском, русскоязычных или украинско язычный не встречали из персонала. По еде мы брали завтрак и ужин . Еда разнообразная, завтраки и ужины просто восхищение говорю сразу , очень довольны. Сервировка стола ,в меню мясо ( телятина , курятина),рыба ( Дорадо, лосось ), море продукты( кальмары, криветки), фрукты ( арбуз, дыня, манго, сливы, нектарин, виноград, киви, яблоки, груши). Утром всегда свежо-выжатые соки.Кто сладкоежка : десерты просто супер. Обслуживание : очень вежливые, внимательные, улыбчивые сотрудники. Бассейны на территории большие , очень чистые . Шезлонги возле бассейна и на пляже ухоженные . Пляж чистый , вода просто супер. По вечерам ни каждый день , но были песни и танцы . Администраторы на рецепшине просто умнички ,хоть мы и не владели супер Английским языком , но все равно помогли во всем разобраться нам. Очень тихое спокойное место. Единственное на что обратила внимание , что отдыхающих 80% это были люди возрастные. Мы рекомендуем этот отель .останетесь довольны

Hôtel sympa et très calme - un personnel au petit soin - proximité directe de la plage - séance au Spa avec Nina et Melina super Dommage qu’il y a du passage à proximité cela mériterait d’être un peu plus à l’écart et par moment il y a des remontées d’égouts peu agréable

Very relaxing message. Almost fell asleep before the end! The girls were very nice and friendly. Very warm in Greece but the air conditioning kept me cool. Would recommend to anyone looking to relax by the sea. My partner really enjoyed it also.

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine début juin dans ce magnifique hôtel 5*. Personnel très professionnel et très courtois. Il y a du personnel qui nettoie toute la journée. Chambre confortable et climatisée. Accès à la Mer très facile en passant par l'hôtel 4* . Commerces et restaurants à proximité.Pour le repas du soir tenue correcte exigée, ce qui est très bien 👍. Repas avec buffet d'entrée et dessert pléthorique et délicieux. Plat principal à choisir à la carte. Nous avons vraiment passé une agréable semaine 😉. Maintenant 2 petit points négatifs pour ma part : 1. La piscine non chauffée pour un 5* et assez fraîche pour début juin / 2. L'hôtel se trouve dans une impasse étroite et le bus qui vous y dépose où vient vous chercher se doit de vous déposer à l'angle de la rue à 200 mètres avec vos valises. Difficile pour des personnes âgées où invalide. Sinon nous recommandons cet hôtel. Encore un Grand merci pour le personnel aux petits soins 🤗😁

The hotel deserves 4 stars, but not 5. All the staff and employees were always very friendly. However, the service was not always good, cutlery fell almost every evening. In the evening I saw from the balcony how the fallen cutlery was simply placed on the table while setting up. In the morning an employee with long hair came out of the kitchen and finished preparing the buffet. Hair must be tied together!! In a 5 star hotel I expect more wellness than just 2 massage rooms by the sea, only with curtains, pedicures are not offered. Unfortunately the beach is very rocky. Pool very clean and nice. The room was clean. Buffet and choice of 3 menus always good and very nicely presented.

We chose this hotel as our honeymoon destination and I regret it. + Extremely comfortable beds, very clean + they changed our bed linen and towels every day + a beautiful beach near the hotel - the hotel is located in a village 10 kilometers from Rethymno - The ventilation in the room smelled of mold, the air conditioner needs to be cleaned because - Low-quality meat for breakfast, probably from Lidl - it seems to me that breakfast pastries were not homemade but defrosted and baked - Drinks with dinner were charged €4 for one liter of mineral water, one glass of white wine costs €6 - The staff at the reception had a forced smile - The waiters were friendly and nice, but very slow, except when their boss appeared - at the "gala" dinner, the waiter dropped leftover food on my lap (fish skin), he didn't even apologize, he just left - our room was often noisy, as if the walls were shaking from the ventilation - The biscuits for breakfast were old and falling apart, the muffins were too dry. - a welcome drink with a welcome letter addressed to me and my husband we didn't get until the third day. There was cretan raki on the table and only ONE small brandy glass. There were TWO of us. - there was often no water in the cistern. It's not really a 5* experience when you can't flush the toilet. In conclusion, not a 5* experience, bad honeymoon...
