From the moment we arrived—late in the evening—we were warmly greeted by the staff, who kindly stayed up to welcome us and check us in. Throughout our time at Mythos, the whole team truly made us feel like family. It was as if we never left home. They constantly went out of their way to recommend the best places to visit, always ready to assist us with anything we needed, no matter how big or small. A special thank you to Eirini, Eva, and the rest of the amazing staff, who gave 100% to make our stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. My daughter was so happy with the experience that she’s already booking her next holiday at Myrhos for next year—that says it all!

We had the most beautiful time in Rethymno at Mythos Suites Hotel! From the moment we walked in we were welcomed by the most beautiful staff who helped us with anything we needed and recommended so many good places to eat and visit. The suites are beautiful and clean, and the breakfast every morning is made with love. Highly recommend and can’t wait to visit again!

We had a 5-star experience at Mythos Boutique Hotel in Rethymno! The hotel was absolutely charming, nestled in the old town of Rethymno. Eirini, Nadia and the staff ensured every detail was perfect throughout the common areas, courtyard, individual rooms and in the daily breakfast. Prior to our arrival, Eirini helped us secure rental car reservations as well as providing wonderful recommendations for beaches, restaurants and other special spots to visit on the island. Rethymno was such a lovely town with lots to do! Mythos Hotel is located just steps away from the shops, cafes, restaurants and beach. The business owners were all so welcoming and friendly. Rethymno, and Mythos Hotel, made our family holiday simply amazing!

We stayed in an Executive and Junior suite as a family and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. This is a small complex of suites in a beautifully converted old building. The rooms are amazing, all the planting around the pool and communal areas is fantastic and creates a really relaxing atmosphere. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful, organising airport transfers, answering questions before we travelled and making recommendations during our stay. Pool was lovely and really nice to have in the centre of the old town given how hot it was. Breakfast was lovely, lots of locally produced Cretan specialities. Location was perfect, right in the middle of the old town, 2 minutes walk from the Venetian Harbour and centre of the old town, 10 minutes to the beach on one side or the Fortezza on the other.

This stylish accommodation is in the heart of the old part of the city of Rethymno. It’s in the perfect location. We were welcomed by Eirini with a refreshing cold drink and a delicious pastry. Our apartment was spacious, with a large lounge, dining area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms, There was also a sweet little terrace. We could use the facilities of the hotel that was next door, including sumptuous breakfasts, the picturesque courtyard and the swimming pool. Throughout our stay, Eirini, Maria and the rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly. They made us feel valued guests. Eirini was a great cake maker and treated us to her delicious cakes on quite a few occasions. She helped us with recommendations for bars and restaurants that she thought we would enjoy, marking them on a map of the area, so we could find them easily. She also helped with our return travel arrangements, ensuring that they ran smoothly. We felt we had made new friends and we throughly enjoyed stay in our comfortable, private apartment.

You get a very friendly welcome with a brief but very useful introduction to the hotel and the local area.The rooms we had were lovely with a relaxing vibe.Breakfast was excellent with a really good choice .The host gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and transport which were really spot on and avoided us wasting time looking at reviews.
